Looks like it's been fixed, I'm not sure about the scorpion but people are reporting that the puppy isn't now that I'm summoning.

I'm hearing the same about it being patched. Any word about scorpion?

Beast loring and taming it can be completely different, sometimes items show different stats than what they actually are after an update. Can anyone try to tame another pup and see what happens?

Also not sure about the scorp, but i see a group in LFG that says it's been fixed apparently. can anyone test this?

I just spoke with a hunter in the Dreamway and the pup is indeed no longer tameable. No word on Scorpion but it makes me nervous.

Logged back in my ally hunt was still in Dreamway area - as of 145p pacific, beast lored 'tameable' - tamed another just to confirm pup still tameable.

I decided not to get either, because those pups are way too cute and I'd be sooooo sad if it was removed (I mean I'd expect it, but I'd still be sad lol). But I honestly would not be surprised if its hotifxed already. Baby pets just generally aren't expected to be tameable.

Hopefully they let you guys keep em tho. But that scorp should so be moved as a rare spawn somewhere, it totally fits the "why is this not tameable" category of pets lol

Makes me curious and nervous. Is there any way we can check the scorpion without needing to use the RAF transport method to get a hunter there?

People are saying when they go to their own server they're able to tame it, but in a party they're not able to at all, It's possible that only the newly spawned ones aren't working.

That would make sense, if the hotfix only applies to newly-spawned ones. That means there's a lucky few out there who'll still get them!

It still makes me iffy on taking other peoples' gold for the scorpions not to be tameable. Can we get OP to check firelands shaman area please?

Perhaps get summoned over, stay in group, log out long enough that you're removed from group, or leave group?, and log back in (for the pup), because I was still in group when I logged off on ally side, when I logged in again I was still in the pup area, not in group anymore, with pups to tame.

Is it possible for me to join a group in hopes to tame the pup? It'd be greatly appreciated! I'm new here and not sure if I should post my btag or what to join.

how this works is i think that on your realm, these pups were still the old ones, not any new ones that hadn't been killed/tamed and respawned. so with that theory, maybe the firelands scorps would still be safe to tame as no one on Nazzy's server would be there killing/taming them?

I was hosting on my lock for a while, but then had to head off for a bit. About that time a horde druid started griefing the pups as well and my group fell apart. I will try to get on later if it's still active.
