I spent a good while thinking about this, and it is with heavy heart that I have decided to quit Flight Rising. It's just not fun any more. My dragons don't sell. My projects continually fail. I just can't do it any more.
However, I have decided to leave all of my dragons in my lair. Many might be exalted but on the off-chance that I return I'd like some familiar faces to come back to. It's been a good run but I have run my race.

They look fun, but I never went through a horse phase as a child. As they're a gem breed, I think I'll content myself with cirrus hatchlings At least gem breed scrolls for ancients are cheaper!

Doesn't help that I've been working on a sadly now-abandoned horse subspecies. Cirrus would be perfect for them!

Not too keen on yet another ultra slow crafting thing. Fortunately I don't care about cosmetics outside of genes and skins, but unfortunately I feel compelled to level this even if there's absolutely zero content I want, just because there COULD be something I want later. Hated leveling Baldwin, and I'm gonna hate leveling Sophie too. 30 minutes per craft for the materials is just rotten. At least it's early enough that I can stay caught up, unlike when I had to level Baldwin from 1 to 30 when I started playing again a while back.

I do see some money making opportunities here at least. As long as I get EXP making materials, I can just pawn off the goods for people who want to craft sooner. Surely that'll get me out of the five digit treasure range, haha...

the new UI makes it all worthwhile! can't wait until they let us search by name in baldwin or CRs or PMs.

I ran the numbers, and I'm going to hit level 2 just building up a decent thread supply. so no worries about maxxing out.

I'll be checking it on my phone regularly until the holiday's over and I've made everything I initially want.
