I stopped watching river monsters a while back because it always seemed like they would hype the danger of the fish they hunted, but then it would turn out there was no concrete evidence for it and they'd have to go to extreme lengths just to find one (and when they did, the poor thing just wanted to get the heck away from them!)
Kinda similar to why I never managed to get into the ghost hunters series or w/e it's called.
I'll see if I can get the longfin episode on Tivo though. That sounds interesting.

Least river monsters is about something real unlike those ghost hunter shows. Hence why I don't watch shows about ghosts lol

Yep. That's why I said kinda similar - the ghost show is terrible. I refuse to "play along" with that stuff.
EDIT: too bad though about the ghost hunters, because the locations they shoot in are awesome - if they'd just stick to the history behind the place and leave off with producers, grips and extras hiding around the corner and rattling chains, it could work imo

We had a "ghost show" here too a while back. It sucked. I couldn't help but watch, it was hilarious to watch the mislead people who were convinced they were right. xD
I like that show were they have a medium helping the police with murders and stuff. It's fucking hilarious.

4 days to grind my Netherwing Dragon. Would of been 3 days but i went to visit bf during my grind (not complaining ^^). During that grind i got Anzu the Raven Lord. 3 days to grind Talbuks. 3 days to grind Nether Rays. Ive grinded 3 mailbox pages worth of netherweave cloth (12 stacks of 20 in each piece of mail and theres like, 10 slots per page?). Once i get my cenarion hippo which should take me 2 days to grind, i should have all the mounts from Outlands. Next on the list afterwards is pvp mounts and horde city mounts and hooopefully Skadi will drop his drake (ive also forgotten to update my signature-- need to bring it to 9 runs once i complete todays attempt). I dont think i can run heroic MgT on my own which is saddening but im very happy with my progress ^^

My brother has decided to rewatch all of SG:Atlantis. I've been watching some as well when I was bored, and so far, I can say McKay is probably my favorite character. I like Sheppard a lot too, but he's a lot alike O'Neill (Who was my favorite in SG:1, so...)
And Tyre from the episode "Broken Ties" is the same guy as the host person of Iron Chef America.

McKay's my favorite too! :D Actually, he's more or less my favorite from both series (Daniel is pretty awesome too). He's just so funny with all his pessimism and arrogance. xD

Pretty much. He's in a state of perpetual worry, as I call it. And when he gets all excited and technical and everyone is all, "JUST SHUT UP."
xD

It took me a minute to remember who Todd was. XD Yeah, he was definately one of the cooler characters of the series. Always enjoyed it when he appeared to "help" the Atlantis crew. (Trying to avoid spilers, just in case.)
Bester from Babylon 5 was cooler though. >.>

Stupid alternate reality episodes are so confusing. (Er, spoilers? You know, in case anyone else wanders into the thread.)
Me: "But they're DEAD."
Brother: "No, that was Sheppard!"
Me: "But he's DEAD. In that reality, remember? That was the first one."
Him: "No, that was the second!"
Me: "First one, cause this is the one with the aliens!"

Another edit: Okay, this time it's relevant. We're all good now.

Just finished Stargate Atlantis. Not bad, I'm glad everyone made it in the end. Still have a few questions on stuff, but oh well.

Now they're all in the Milky Way, right? So what happens to Teyla's baby, and what do they do with Todd? He's still chilling with Atlantis.
