Another tame, killed in front of me...
I was kiting Solix around, and these two horde druids (not the one from the Deth incident, thank GOD) were watching me. I died a few times, and then they kill Solix without mercy. His energy bar went to 0, and he died. I spammed /cry emote ONCE, and the horde resto druid does something I think was <druid> pats Magrallea's back. I think they didn't know that he only dropped a 25g crystal, but then again, I'm not sure. I sometimes wish I did transfer off realm =/

Horde for Rarecampers, but I have lvl 85s on both sides, so it doesnt matter. I have used my draenei DK to help people tame rares too.

That's a real dick move. I watched Skitterflame eat faces of both factions yesterday since no one know anything about the energy and I wasn't telling them. After watching so many people die, some horde hunter finally comes along and tames him, giving him a good home instead of giving someone another tear.

Double-post, but Consolation needed! Deth'tilac died on my server today! A dwarf wanted to tame him and was in place. I was helping him on my DK, so Deth gets around tamable health, a druid comes in, thinking he's helping, and roots Deth. The hunter somehow dies, placing Deth's health precariously low. I don't even risk chaining him anymore, just running around with aggro while waiting for my dwarf party member to get back. When he does, alas, he forgot to dismiss his pet! His pet attacks Deth, and with that and the roots, Deth dies! The dwarf /cries and I /cry and it was just a sad thing to see. That purple lovely dying when someone FINALLY wanted him!

awwww. it was nice of you to help though. at least you all tryed to help not just to keep other people from getting it.

D: Oh noes! It was by accident, so if I were on your realm, I'd tell the hunter don't worry, he'll be up again. All good things come to those that wait.
And yeah, if another hunter is going for a rare, hell, I'll go in suicidal (for deth, at least) and go, 'LEEEEEEEERRRRRROOOOYYYY JENNNNKKKKINNNS' and get Deth shotted o_o

The dwarf said Deth was all he needed to complete his rare colllection too, so I felt even worse! But he did agree that he would be up again and it wouldn't be the last chance and I said I'd tell him next time I saw Deth, since no one Horde ever wants him.

Yeah. Another Deth story. The moronic human hunter who HAS THE SPIDER ended up kiting it into the Wardens and a gaggle of horde. Everyone spit on the Horde after Deth died, while conveniently ignoring that he refused to drop aggro despite 6 warnings of 'DUDE FD! Away from the wardens!' D: I went over and apologized to the Horde. He told me he didn't realize what was going on.

What is it with human hunters and killing or stealing Deth? It's baffling.

Karkin was killed apparently by some people who.. got ticked off by barrage I guess. This one hunter trying to tame it didnt get it to hit silence shot.. I mean.. really? My friend was telling him how to tame it and after 10 mins you still dont get it? DK killed him apparently alot of people ticked off with getting hit while trying to hand in quests

And whats with kirix and well.. bugging out. My guildie was trying to tame him 3 times disengage went to far.. twice it didnt even work. 3 times he was close to taming him but someone interrferred and two hunters kept pulling off him.. kirix got tamed cause he accidently disengaged off the cliff, another hunter who was spamming tame at the time got hit by the toxin and 4 seconds later another hunter who was spamming tame to got him. ....... hate that kirixs glitches like that. Whats worse is twice he got stunned in the air when the toxin didnt go off yet.. he spent alot of gold cause people didnt want to not pull it off him.. hate hunters sometimes.. *sigh*

on my other server kirix somehow got tamed in 2 secs.. go go glitch tame.

yeah. kirix can bugg out in good ways and bad.

well as you guys all know about my deth problem i decided to help a buddy get karkin. well all goes well when he spawns till.......a human pally comes over and slaughters him and my friend (who had just gotten out of a bg.) the proceeds to kill solix then annathiss and skitterflame who my friend each tryed to tame. the pally waited untill my friend was near the end of taming then went in and killed it!.

Oh, dear, I'm sorry to hear that. I hate seeing rares die (except Anthriss, which doesn't bother me much anymore, since all I ever see is his dead body anyway). I really wish they would do SOMETHING, ANYTHING to stop non-hunters from griefing these rares. They only drop 25g, but apparently that isn't enough to stop people really wanting to ruin someone's day. Give all the pets' a nerfbat-like ability that is only used on non-hunters or something. It wouldn't stop griefing from other hunters, but it would stop other classes from ganking them for no reason. These were literally meant to be only hunter pets. If not, why do they only drop the Tear? Argue if you want, but its true.

wow that pally has issues, report him for griefing because if he waited for you to tame thats what it was.. just a real piece or work. If you didnt tag it unfortunately nothing much you can do but you had it tagged and were taming it. At that point its just someone deciding to be a real jerk to someone else and should be reported.
