My DH is my main, and I run with:

Bolas with Volatile Explosives
Elemental Arrow with Frost Arrow
Caltrops with Jagged Spikes
Companion with Wolf Companion (makes a surprisingly good tank)
Sentry with Spitfire Turret
Rain of Vengeance with Flying Strike

I can wipe thru mobs of enemies really well, but I'm not as great on bosses. I have the one passive that lets me have extra turrets, plus one legendary item that lets me have 2 more turrets, so I run a total of 5 turrets against mobs as well. Works really well.

My current main is a barbie:

(skill names can be unaccurate, I play a PL version, and my battlenet profile is in PL as well)
L: Weapon throw + increased fury gen/fire - rarely used, only for single distant enemies, thinking about changing the rune to stun or slow for treasure gobos...
P: Whirlwind + decreased cost/lightning - weeeee~!! :D
1: Leap + pull upon landing - will be changed to slow upon leaping for a quick GTFO button upon my next login :P
2: Wild charge + stun - for a quick and effective get-into-the-fray, and for stopping rangeds and other runaways
3: Battle rage + bigger damage bonus - cheap and effective buff to keep up
4: Earthquake + freeze - great aoe CC utility and LOLUMADBRO? button for elites and most bosses (at least on normal difficulty, it really surprised me that the bosses are not immune to CC, I bet it's not so good on higher diffs)
Passives:
+50% armor - not sure about this one, will probably change for some more oomph
fury changed into "focus", with regen of 2/sec
+25% damage if furry is full
(at lvl 70) +1%strenght after kill for 8sec, stacking up to 25 times - can't wait for this one :3

She runs around with a templar follower healbot. With the templar's charge/stun, her charge/stun and the freezing earthquake, they can chain quite an impressive CC.

... I forgot passive abilities were a thing lmao
my DH's passives are:
Blood Vengeance
Archery
Perfectionist

my barbarian just hit level 30 and her stuff is
Cleave + Rupture
Whirlwind + Hurricane
Ground Stomp + Wrenching Smash
Overpower + Storm of Steel
Threatening Shout + Falter
Earthquake + Giant's Stride

and her passives are
Animosity
Tough as Nails
Weapon Master

not the most perfect stuff, but lordy does she just mow through enemies without taking much damage unless I'm going up against a pack of elites :P
