Ahhhh, sorry for the delayed response. LOT of things going on in RL atm. Not sure if I'll be needing to step in again to help family make rent/bills or if they will manage. Also trying to work out costs of child care...I love my kid, but she does need to play with other kids her own age.
What I am toying around with though is this.

Be open twice in a month for a small number of people (11500g twice a month), or be open for a larger amount of people (23000g) once a month. with any extra left over gems being used for late comers or rolling over till next time.

any thoughts on these options? since this effects you guys ^^

It's all up to you Makoes ^^ Since I'm usually late (due to work) I would most likely favor the later but I'm open to anything

I would like to echo Jurz, but ultimately you do what's best for you and your family.

Would the 2k gem limit still apply? If so, I'd definitely say once a month! While twice a month would be convenient for those who need LOTS of scrolls, it could be less convenient for those who find it hard to get an order in on time as one person could potentially order 4k worth of gems. With the once-a-month thing, that wouldn't be a problem.

The once a month thing would probably suit me better since I struggle to make any amount of treasure regularly with me not being able to grind the coliseum or fairegrounds

Do what ever you feel is right. It really isnt our say since you're the one giving so much.
I hope your family will be okay D: It's nice of you to help them with rent and stuff. Remember, real life comes first. We wont die if we are unable to buy gems x3

i am farily decent at making money in the game.... so i try to buy as many coatl scrolls i can by myself

Do what's best for you makoes. You're doing this as a favor to us, and we love you for it. Even if you just gotta close up, we're so thankful for all you've helped us with.

From a budgeting standpoint, I think once a month may help you more. And don't feel obligated to do a huge amount either. Or any! We'll manage. <3

I also vote for once a month. So many of us want scrolls that it can be really hard to cater to everyone if they have any more than that so this way might help ease things on both sides

Also, are you currently buying gem items for people? I'm flat broke atm so I won't request anything till I'm ready but need to take note as I'll need a Shimmer in the far future ^_^

It's been a really busy year so far, birthdays, family drama's, independent child, cold season, and way to many things going on I have barely had time to actually sit down and actually play my games
