Me and my sister were buying dresses in one of those fancy expensive girly stores in the mall I hate. I found one, but went "Ah, this is level ten it'll be way too big" .....instead of size ten... Thank goodness she didn't hear me.
/sigh

A few days ago, my friend and I were spying on these two guys we knew, but we couldn't quite see what they were doing. I was like "Oh, I can just Eagle Eye!"
Then I felt like a nerd.
Yes, I spy on people, I'm cool.

While at work (I work loss prevention for a department store...), my coworker and I were watching this kid who looked like he was planning on making off with our merchandise...acting really sketchy, wearing sunglasses inside, looking at everything but the merchandise, etc.

He finally stashed the merchandise he had behind a rack of jeans, and went into the mall...so we had the cameras up on the mall entrance, and on the spot where the stuff was stashed..

First thing: I told my coworker that it might be a long camp for this one

Second: I started playing with my phone, figuring npc scan would pick him up when he came back...

Third: I kept telling him to respawn, and was looking for p.dawg.

I should take a break from wow for a bit.....lol

Edit: the teenager finally respawned, and brought 2 more with him...sister and mother...who then paid for the hidden merchandise. *headdesk*

(this didn't happen to me but i'm preatty sure it will count)

you go to a museum that has dinosaur bones and there's a raptor one and you say "omg cataclysum came early" then you try fighting it out of curiousity on what it drops and you will be the first one to fight a skeletal raptor, only you have no weapon and finally realise you've been watching to many cataclysum spoilers and now everyone thinks you're crazy.

end stupid rant.

Why would you post up something that hasn't happened? :S

Haha Ordine that made me giggle.

I recently went to visit some family in the next town over and we were passing thought a particularly pretty valley. I had lived in the area most of my life but I found that I couldn't recall the name of the valley so I actually tried glancing up to my upper right to read the name on my map that really wasn't there. :( WTB inner cranial Google maps.

Ooh I'm definitely guilty of glancing to the upper righthand corner of my vision just out of habit for a minimap. If I ever get a GPS I'll definitely put it up on the right just so it feels natural to be looking there. xD

A funny one today, we were driving past a small town and there was a large red tent right near the side of the road on a turnoff. My immediate thought was that we had stumbled upon that town's Fire Festival location (seriously, the tent looked just like the ones in game). Then my brain went 'No, Midsummer Fire Festival is over." THEN I was like "Wait...this is real life." xD

Not really WoW, but whenever I drive past a hill, rivers or fields of cow, I think "Ooh, great place to start a city, and that field there would be great for a town, and I can have a mine on that hill, and-...

I'm a civ-addict. No way around it. :D

I had a Wow moment last Sunday, we were driving to Lake George for vacation and we were in the mountains, my mom asked if we knew what mountains they were (It was the Adirondacks, though I didn't know at the time) and I replied "Um...not really, I've only heard of the Rockies, Himalayas, the Alterac Mountains, and the Alps." A few seconds later I realized what I said, fortunately for me though, my parents don't know anything about Wow =D I later told my brother about what happened and he called me a geek though D:

While watching some martial arts movie, when the good guy sneaks up behind and hits the bad guy with some hardcore kick or punch I yell "BACKSTABBA!". My boss, a stuck up guy who is freaked by my loud craziness, then looks at me and wants to know what the hell that ment :D.

I wonder what you work with, if you're allowed to watch martial arts movies at work... Can I start working there too? I've got good references! Look!
*Holds up papers from newspaper and some criminal records*
Ignore those lines there... *Points at lines on criminal records*

See? I'm awesome!

When ever my baby starts to cry, I always think "Aw damn, I aggro'd her again!"
When my Hubby is entertaining the baby I always thing "Thank god he has the aggro, I am tired of tanking"
when we have company over, I misdirect the baby to them...

The other night, I had a long discussion with my boyfriend (and fellow WoW player) over the possible evolutionary history of Tauren.

How would a bovine-like creature evolve intelligence? We thought they might start out as something like mountain cows (to give them a more challenging environment in which to live), then evolved from pure herbivores to omnivores to fuel their growing brain...

And that was after discussions like how raptors would fit perfectly into the savannah environment of the Barrens.

Yeah. I'm a nerd.

Suddenly realizing that your room contains a paperkraft version of a frostsaber mount, brewfest ram, coyote skinned wolf and a life sized version of frostmourne. You make a paperkraft imp to give to your teacher whenever you find out that he plays a warlock. You make a paperkraft hearthstone for your grandmother to put in the car and remind her to set it to home before we leave the house. Sadly, she keeps forgetting to set it even after i remind her so we have to take the long way home XD.

Get annoyed at your grandmother for playing the game more than yourself(we really need separate accounts so we can both play at once). Constantly correcting your grandmother on certain words that she doesn't even try to say right(Terokkar - Teriyaki)
Confusing the heck out of your grandfather at dinner by having a Wow conversation with your grandmother.

Today at work, looking for something we lost in the corn test plots, I was sincerely wishing for a targeting macro!
