I have only one issue with Azu being revived. She blew up all over Elwynn. Considering the time they've been away from there and the likelihood of all the pieces being in one place in good condition to stitch back together. No body, no home for the soul to go back to really (unless you transfer her soul to a new body which is a new mess in itself).
I'm not saying I don't want her back, gods know I was upset when she died, but I just think everyone needs to step back and really look at how rather impossible the feat would be in an RP sense where revival is already rare.

Yeah, it did seem like an issue to me. If it's a possibility to work around it, great. If not, whatever, it's not a huge issue to me. *shrugs.*
I'd sound more exciting except it's time to sleep and my stomach is letting me know that I have done horrible things to it and I don't know what but it's aching and making me sad, ergo sleep will fix it.
(Good night, sleep time. >>)

Oh good, I'm glad I worded that in a way that didn't make people angry.

I was afraid someone was going to chew me out for bringing that up since everyone was like gun ho about bringing Azu back. And believe me, I would *love* to see her come back; I just can't fathom a logical reason (even within WoW) to bring her back without having to find the dead, intact, body of another night elf and try to tie Azu's soul into it.
My main ideas with the whole second body thing come from a TV show called
Drop Dead Diva. (Really good show btw; if you have Netflix, it's worth the free (instant play) watch.

)

Well..do you mean a dead night elf body or no dead night elf body, I also think it would be interesting, I think Azu would also do good in any sort of beasts body, seeing how shes feral

Your spec has nothing to do with what you were in life. Azu is/was a night elf druid therefore, imo, she would have to be revived in a night elf's body. And obviously it would be a dead night elf; it wouldn't exactly make sense (and might not even be possible) to have two living souls in one living body.
If you read the wiki link I gave, my idea of bringing her back very much resembles that one. Where the soul of the deceased person is returned to a body of someone else who is recently deceased.
Edit: To make it easier, I'll quote the portion from the page of the only way I can conceive of for Azu to be brought back:
As her soul enters the gates of Heaven, she finds herself declared a self-centered "zero" (meaning she has performed zero good deeds and zero bad deeds during her time on earth; she is simply shallow) by the gatekeeper, Fred. After not liking what she hears, she presses for a return to her former body, hoping to get back to Earth. Deb gets her wish (by willfully pressing a computer key she should not have), only to be brought back to life in the body of a recently deceased, intelligent, overweight lawyer named Jane Bingum.
Obviously it would be done in WoW terms and with Willowe or Saturo or someone trying to call her soul back, but like I said, to me it would be the only logical way to bring her back, and even then, I think it's a stretch just because of how long Azu's been dead at this point.

Sorry Im just very Tired at the moment
Honestly, I think I understand that, I may not im just very tired at the moment
To me we need to get someone to play a necromancer real quick, there some undead in WoW with intelligence that have constructed bodies, Take Thaddus or the floaty mage skeleton things for example (I cant remember what their called), no human could have those skeletons
They all got revived by necromancy lore-wise, even if their bodies weren't the originals, if you need a part of the original owner though theres plenty of azus fur and bone bits all over the place I think

The problem with whatever bits of Azu might be left is that they would have started decomposing by now and the various carrion eating insects would be eating them.
They could construct a brand new body for her (a la Rotface or something) but think about what those creatures are. Thaddius is made from innocent women and children, and who knows what the fel Rotface and Festergut are made from. If we get a necromancer to construct a body for Azu, there's a good chance it'll be something disgusting and warped that would leave the adventurers feeling that it might be better for her to be dead.
I just think if she actually gets raised, it should be hard as hell. Much much harder than when Indi had to revive Decay.

"... Oh crap! RP! I should go post."
"Whew, posted. I'll go get a little further in SotN while I wait for a reply. :3"

Anyway, I'm off to the parent's house. I'm cooking dinner for them

Good points, Tyger. Just to clear it up though: I wasn't saying that it would be as simple as Sat just poking one of the little bits of meat and raising her from that, we'd obviously need to do something first.
Still, look at the majority of undead. They're pretty rotted. Skeletons don't have any meat at all, ghouls look like they're falling apart, forsaken are just slightly less far gone than ghouls, and death knights are rotting, even though they're not falling apart. I seriously doubt that Azu having rotted a bit will be a problem. It is true though, there are too many pieces missing.

Yeah. As it stands, I agree with the others. Azu's body is too far gone. I think some sort of ghost is a possibility. Heaven knows there's a lot of those and plenty of quests where you banish ghosts away. (Duskwood, WPL, and plenty of ghosts wandering out and about in EPL.) Tie it to an object, Haunted Momento style (Likely her necklace.) and I can see that as a method of bringing her back. In-game, the spirits can talk/fight as well, so she won't be a mute object wandering about. I can imagine physical damage won't do much, but spells would do quite a bit to her (For balance).
I don't know though, it could be a silly idea.

That actually sounds like a good idea. Ghosts are manageable, and if you want her to be corporeal again we could go for Tyger's idea with bodysnatching without too much trouble.

I'm off to work then a part later tonight, so I probably won't be posting much today, if at all. Actually now that I think about it, I probably won't be posting much tomorrow either >_< I'll do what I can to stay up to date, but don't expect much. Sorry guys!

Blargh. Of course, I went to bed as soon as I got home. Terrible headache. I have made a discovery! If everyone in fencing is arguing over who got the touch in a PRACTICE BOUT, then I get really nasty headaches. -.-
I'll catch up now, unless someone is able to give me a quick rundown of who's fighting who and who's hurt?

Ah. Attack is launched. Haneed's exploded, Jraak is -extremely- upset, taking out his anger on Glix, but Koz leaves Batlek alone to help her out. Karzix is hurt pretty nicely. Arbennig is down, Rose is attacking the others at random, Decay isn't fighting, Magna's hurt, Sabra is launching attacks when she can, Willowe is pretty hurt, and Lightfur is messing with her healing abilities (The taint). Myri is facing off against Lesari, but they're in a stalemate, more or less.
I think that's it.
Edit: Right! Indi and Zaruuk are in IF, going after everyone.

Decay isn't fighting because Batlek hasn't ordered her to. :D
