Oooh. Black Market concept is neat...

So, what if everyone ends up roughly the same arena due to various methods (capture, sold, etc.). We have the large death match, and eventually some Eliminations. We'll have the Death Match continue and...figure something out with those Eliminated, yeah. I figure they'll come up with some plan of action.

And I thought about it...In honor of the series it's name after, I was thinking something along these lines:

The Night Games
The Dark Games
The Shadow Games (*sneaky homage to RotS too.)
The Blood Games

etc.))

((*nod* Yeah. We'll all probably meet up in one big match at some point. Although, I personally think it would be neat to explore the life of arena teams, so I vote for having the Death Match... not in the very beginning. xD ))

It took a while for Baaz to reach the last of the graves, and subsequently Buzzard. He was breathing hard as he trotted up to the grave, sitting down beside Buzzard to look down. "Who were they?" He asked, regaining his breath.

((Hmm, sometimes Gladiator style RPs can gett a little bogged down in combat and not enough RP inbetween. I don't think we'll have that problem with this group though.))

((Considering most of WoD and RotS was combat....xD And anyways...A series of smaller matches and whatnot to introduce characters and the basics of what's going on, and then eventually the large match? Then some sort of rebellion? Or they all die. *nods.*))

Buzzard was surprised to see Baaz so suddenly, but responded in a fairly calm, if emotionless, manner. "Carrion and Vulture, my brothers." He didn't elaborate on why they had died - he'd answer if Baaz asked, but as of yet the question wasn't in the air.

((Better have a rebellion! I figure after the rebellion traders and fight directors would continue the trade, although more secure, and try to recapture/kill the "dangerous escapees".))

((Okay. I think I have enough so we can start a beginning. Worse comes to worse, we can wing it. That's what we did in RotS and TotH, after all. xD Let me know when I should begin...

((There were plenty of breaks between the combat though... although those did tend to be the moments fileld with Drama and/or non-activity. :\
Hmm, I guess I'm saying I'd like to have my characters stay as characters, not just become automitons with different movesets. Again, not a problem I expect to have with this group, I just wanted to put it out there as a potentual issue.
I'd prefer a sign up page too. XD I demand everything! In honesty, A page for me to initially put my characters in gives me an excuse to think of some. And it'll be a good spot to familiarise newcomers to the world.))

"I'm sorry for your loss." Baaz responded, his breathing lighter now that he had the chance to rest for a bit. He wanted to say more, to console this pokemon who was his enemy not an hour ago. "... How did they die, if you do not mind me asking?"

((Sign-up pages aren't too hard. I'll even update and maintain it! ...Just need a name for the RP. D:

And again, I'm pretty sure we'll figure something out. This one lasted what? Since November? That's roughly two-three months span? I think we can cooperate and prevent that from happening. Probably.

... Ahem. Anywho.. Yeah. I've been mostly absent today. Been playing PokePark Wii: Pikachu's Adventure.. It's actually pretty damn awesome!

As for next story? Even if it's not a direct sequel, there in no way in hell Ghost isn't comin' back! I'm way too attached to my wacky little Umbreon to not include her in the next story XD))

Ghost let out a whimper, "Don't you dare say that! You'll be okay!! Dammit, you will! ... You have to be... You have to...." She trailed off, ears and tail drooping.

((Bleh, gotta go already. -.- School starts again tomorrow... As for a name... The Blood Games sounds good to me.))

Buzzard shrugged very lightly. "I wasn't there to help, I don't know what killed them... But Vulture died to protect Carrion, who was keeping the last Crystal. And Carrion... I don't know how he died. All I know is that Solara and Soundwave went to help, and they managed to survive... Which probably means Carrion forced them to leave so he would be the only one to die." He winced, laying on his side with his wings spread over his body and his head up to stare at the grave.

Baaz winced. Their deaths happened so that the Dawn and the Sunrise could win, so that the Dusk could be cured. It would seem tactless if he tried to console Buzzard about them now he supposed.
"They... They sounded like proud warriors, willing to give their life for what they believed in. If only more of us had their strength." He felt lame in saying it, but it didn't feel right staying silent either.

I'll get the sign-up sheet going...Then I'm going to sleep. Also have that annoying thing called school. :p))

Iron coughed up blood. He's breathing was barely audible. With his last ounce of strength he scratched, "I love you Ghost.....you too Rust....and Julius too....I love you all so much.....I________________" a streak was left on the ground as Iron breathed his last.

Cherrie stopped dead slient her ears dropping down in utter silence a drop fell from her eye "I'm..sorry.." she stated, she didn't know him but she still felt the sad aura that was going to be in the air

Soundwave drooped suddenly, "Something's wrong..."

((.......................................................................... Well, I guess that means I won't be in the next RP. Sorry guys, but having my favourite character besides Ghost die...? Nuh-uh. I'm outta here.... *Flees, crying*))

Julius sat there for a moment, staring at Iron. "I-Iron?" He got up and nudged at him. "Iron, that's not funny," he choked out, taking a step back. He stood there, watching the dinosaur and waiting for him to respond. He let out a whimper when he didn't. "Iron...?"
