A year and a half ago we lent our older second car to my partners mother with the very strict instructions that my partners younger sister was not allowed to drive it. She ignored this and let the sister drive it anyway and she promptly wrecked it. She was found at fault, but we were assured that the accident was being covered by her insurance and that it wouldn't affect us.

We noticed when our insurance renewed in the fall that the rates had increased. We called the insurance company and they told us it was most likely because our new car was several years newer then the previous one and it now had full coverage. We were not thrilled, but it made sense to us so we left it at that. Fast forward to this weekend when we are changing insurance companies to try to lower our rates. When the new company researched our file they questioned us about the wreck from her sister stating the claim was made on our insurance. We called our old insurance company who pulled up the file and confirmed that this was the case. Apparently the state law is that the policy owner of the car involved in the wreck is the one that pays, not the driver of the car. We also found out that her sister called and posed as my partner to authorize the claim which is why we had no idea about it.

The best part of this is that the accident was part of the reason our rates increased. It will be dropped from our record after 3 years but after it is all said and done we will have paid more than $1500 for something that was not our fault. The insurance company told us that our only recourse is to try to recover the money from her sister/mother. We tried to talk to her mother this weekend about it but she blew us off and doesn't seem to think she has any fault in it and said that her sister can't afford to pay us either. Sometimes I hate family.

Sometimes the hardest thing to do is NOT argue with an idiot...remember they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
But sometimes its just really hard not to say anything when confronted with such degraded levels of stupidity...that such people still exsist and breed...its no wonder the world is the shithole that it is...

I'm the guild master of a very big casual raiding guild. People spit out their dummies if they aren't part of a raiding team, and they refuse to be part of a reserve team.. so I'm forced to split people up in several different teams. I hate that people are ''I wanna raid or I'm gonna leave'' I'm this close to just not giving a fuck right now. I got so much on my plate right now that I really do no want to worry about other's personal problems with raiding teams. I hate that people come to me with their petty dramas or correct me over the spellings of their names. I just want to gkick a bunch of them just so I don't have to deal with it, but everyone's friends or really close so if I kick one douche it's gonna create a domino effect.

My father-in-law got an infection in his bladder last week, so he had to skip a dose of chemo and the hospital is doing him no favours with not sending him letters when they should. I mean it took them three months to be properly notified that he had cancer, he was WAITING for three months before they were like ''Oh yeah, you have stage three bladder cancer'' It's like, fuck off seriously, you should have told him sooner.

Got into an arguement with the husband over something stupid and he said ''both my parents are dying and I feel so helpless'' Gosh. I keep saying how difficult this is for me, but I never mentioned how it's taking it's toll on him. He's balding more, his hair's turning grey and it is just eating him alive. I feel helpless cause all I can do is try not to make him so stressed.

So in all, there's only so many fucks I can give when it comes to my guild members bitching and crying right now.. and I don't know exactly what to do. Also, I miss my parents even though we had a big arguement and my dad called me mentally ill and my mother said I was fat. Sucks hardcore.

As much as I'd like to tell you to tell them to fuck off, as it's too much to keep track on to have 7(i like seven, so should have used a different number) raid groups in one guild. It's a bit overkill, and there has been enough issues with the raid groups already. And then I read the rest of your post. I wish there was something I could do for you. *hugs*

Have you considered (ofc you have) to take a real vacation from everything? Go somewhere, relax and such?

Trust me, we would if we could. We just don't have the money to go somewhere, cause we got the cats to keep mind of as well. Sure, some cats can be left with food out all day, but Precious eats everything at once, so we need a cat hatchery or a cat sitter, so there's extra money there. Fun times.

I'm... frustrated from this weekend. And to top it off, my debate group is fucking useless. The girls in the group at least thanked me for all the research I did... but We're meeting for HALF AN HOUR.. and one of the people isn't even showing up. and the freaking thing is TOMORROW. Anxiety/stress was so high about it that I got THREE hours of sleep last night and had to skip my morning classes because I was passing out when I was trying to get ready. NOT COOL. We've known about the damn thing since the beginning of the semester. I TRIED to get us to work on it then... But NOOO. No body wanted to meet up. Until TODAY. WTF PEOPLE.

You'd think that seeing as we live on a island more people would know how to swim or atleast know to swim between the flags........

Honestly...there is NO need for 7 raiding groups. Thats way too much. 2 or 3 is fine. Even then....the Raid LEADER is the one in charge. Any problems that happen in said group go to the raid LEADER. Not the GM. GM solves general guild issues. You may need to put your foot down about that.

*sugh* Flags on beaches are so people know where the safe water is so swiming between the flags is safe while siwming outside of them is not. It's simple logic.

Geeze....*big hugs* I'm sorry. That's a whole lot to have on your plate and your guild sounds like a bunch of kids that need to grow up a little.
