"Sometimes, in order to fight a monster, you must involve the assistance of another 'monster.'"

Side note, although I love the atmosphere of this zone

β¦really not a fan on how tedious (and at time frustrating) to navigate around there....

especially with no flying...yet.

Just a heads up, Vyrm the Ravenous isn't actually tamable.

There are two versions of him, I believe. There is that one and another that can spawn from a WQ.

Hey Wain. HEY! Aqir Titanus, currently listed as unknown, is tameable. Keeps its name, and spawns during Black Empire assaults too. It's not limited to Aqir assaults in Uldum. Lemlia Luna found this out on the Secret Finders discord.

The petopia page only shows that he spawns during the quest I was on for it tho.

Possibly an error. I know that I have seen him both during the quest and outside of the area, spawned by the WQ that can spawn there, but this was in Beta. It has possibly been changed since then.

WoWScrnShot_112620_001500.jpg took a bit of a break from SL after leveling and since i earned the undead tome after 10 minutes of elite killing, i finally tamed my beautiful reban, thanks to the help of a friend which grinded the tome and eventually got it, this is my luckiest day in SL
GRats! I just got the tome and am trying to get to Reban as well right now. Soloing it at level 57. Not sur eI can make it but am giving it a try

Kingβs rest was a lot tougher than I thought, the easiest difficulty on this dungeon is heroic, itβs still tough, I was barely able to solo the trash mobs before the golden serpent spawns, I would get a friend just like I did

Baedos is no longer tamable.
This makes me very sad. The first thing in Shadowlands I wanted to tame and he's untameable. I can't really tell from his color scheme if he's the same as any other turtle, and it looks to me like he's not listed in the petopia main pages in any capacity.

Hey Wain, the blue etherwyrms near Hero's Rest in Firstborne's Bounty are actually called Rapacious Etherwyrm.

I've fixed the Aqir Titanus and the Rapacious Etherwyrm. Thanks
It looks like Vyrm the Ravenous has had its tameability revoked at some stage. It used to be tameable and kept its name. Neither version on Wowhead has a tame flag now.

He's listed, just in the hidden section that you have to pop out, since he's not tameable. You can still get his look on the Riverfall Crystlback at least:
If you pair him up with a Lumbering Crystlback they look pretty amazing together too.

I do not recommend anyone going after this roach until after you have Ve'nari's protection for that part of the Maw.
That was a living hell.

Where was it? I ran through a chunk of the Maw, but I couldn't find any of the places listed on Petopia.

It's on the beast warrens island. Follow the path (like the actual road) east and you'll eventually find one.
But without Ve'nari's protection, you get feared for like 18k damage every 15-20 seconds.
I mitigated it with food, feigning death, growl, etc.

Thank you, I could not seem to find whether he had a similar look as anything else, I was feeling stupid. Much appreciate your reply. I'll look for that soon!

I saw one of the new zebra models in game in Oribos, being escorted by one of those cartel dudes. I forgot to get a screen tho, but they are in game.

Ah, so the new standard horse model (from BfA) with zebra stripes? Cool that the skin is being used, even if it's not tameable

Yeah, it's there. I'll keep an eye out for it when I get a chance. It kinda was being treated like an animal from Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them combined with Doctor Who cause the cartel dude put it in a box saying "Don't worry, it's bigger on the inside!" It's in the area by the stable master. I'll see if I can get screens next time.

Wain, it now says in game with Beast Lore that Nesting Valeschrieker cannot be tamed.
