This is a fantasy game with no unicorns! That's like a... a chocolate milk with no chocolate! And what do you say then, "oh delicious, a glass of plain milk!"?

In all seriousness, I'd love to see a rare unicorn in WoW--perhaps one lone unicorn running around WoW at 400% speed on the ground, but if you manage to mount it, you get a Unicorn mount. The only issue with the idea of a unicorn in WoW atm, though, is that the horse model is rather bad--very chunky and "sourpussed." And trying to make something lithe and graceful, well--with the art style WoW draws upon, it has hardly anything that can be described as lithe and graceful

They have cloven hooves and beards like unicorns The horn isn't really classic unicorn, but since unicorns were probably based on reports of rhinos it's not a bad WoW slant on the beast

EQ actually had a decent manticore model; I wouldn't mind seeing something like it in WoW. R.O.U.S. would be pretty cool too.

I know I would like to see more insects, I know we have plently but I would love a praying mantis, or a dragonfly following me around

Also I would like to see more mythical creatures like an actual Chimera
Also sense we have apes and monkeys why not a Lemur

Praying Mantis? Oh man, I would give up a spirit beast for that ^_^. Wait, well maybe not but I would tame it even if it was common

Ducks, Geese, Swans.. there are so many lakes, rivers, streams in the whole wow world, and no swimming birdies there?

And yay for more dinos.. a huge brachiosaurus and spinosaurus would be kick-ass.

And i would love a 3 tailed spectral fox

I saw that Senna and raise you a SNAAAAAKEEEE!!!!!

Personally, I would love to see Giant Frogs/Toads added to the game. I think they would make an interesting and unique addition as well as a future tamable pet.



I am also in favor of the previously mentioned Praying Mantis and Firefly concepts. I imagine a Warcraft Praying Mantis model would resemble a cross between a Nerubian and those Rock Flayers from Hellfire Peninsula. As for Fireflies, I picture the current Wasp models (particularly the Outlands kind) as a jumping off point for the model design. Both ideas, I feel, would easily "fit in" with the types of beasts/mobs we can already find existing in game.

Komodo dragons/Monitors or any lizard from the Varanidae family.

Mongooses,Ferrets,Badgers or Wolverines like creatures ( I could see them providing a haste buff)

I can't imagine the iguanas would be too hard to add, it could just be an edited basilisk/crocolisk or something.

Also a cockatrice or traditional chimera would be awesome. The current chimaeras in-game are cool, but I wish there were some two-headed goatlionsnakes running around.

I would LOVE a Komodo Dragon :O And the Dragonfly thing sounds awesome too! <3 We have massive oversized fireflies and moths, why not Dragonflies?!

I want a winged goat. =3 With Succubus-like wings and a Baphomet-like head. =3 I know Blizz might not like it because of the possible underlying contexts, but eh, I can dream. <3

EDIT: I know it's already there, but I would love a Kodo. I would name him Beady. I know Horde have them as a mount but it's not the same! =3 I mean, we've got Rhinos, why not Kodo's?!

yea a kodo or a clefthoof they could both be added in the Rhinos family and also id like to see Penguins lol

They already exist in the game. This thread isn't about what exists that you'd like to see made tameable
