I like the idea. It'd force them to make new models instead of just recolors over and over and over.

Why make new models? Honestly? There's a ton of old world creatures that could just be made tameable. Hydra, Kodo, Clefthoof, Talbuk, Zhevra, Rams, Giraffes, Basilisk and countless others.

There's untameable skins that could be made tameable, the first ones that crop to mind are several spider skins including a lovely purple.

Why make new models when Blizz could go back, fix up/clean up others, and make them tameable first?


Anyways I'm against the idea of taming one pet and just splashing a new coat of paint on it. Sure while I would like a Krush colored Rex, that sorta would take away the specialness/win/epic tames of people who have really tamed KK. And as said what would be the point?

I would however not mind an option to have my pet showing off armor or not.

That's what I was thinking. I'd love to see some armor or collars for the pets. Color hopping isn't such a bid deal for me. But making my kitties have some druid kitty-like armor? I would swoon. :3

I'm all for sprucing up the old beast models. Kinda like what they did with the druid cat and bears. I didn't really care for the old ones, but love the new ones. And I love the idea of getting to add armor or decorations! My kitty wants a pretty collar with feathers on it...and maybe a bird skull like the Tauren druid bear has.
