I'm gald that the Black skins not just on a bloody rare anymore. Can't stand rare hunting.

Yes! Finally, I can tame a black Madexx model and NOT have to spend my life camping for it!

Well... when the patch hits, that is.

Im happy to see that Madexx is having some of his colors turned common cause he is currently the only rare to appear in a different color each spawn and i know when i tamed Demios, i made my own little /cheer thread about it and no matter how many red HordeScorpions are released, i will love him to bits because his NPCID is that of Red Madexx and not that of his fellow common cousin :3

after going back in and taming the couple that are there it seems that

is no longer around that area not sure maybe they took this one out of that area hope they put it back so i can at least check to see.

Those spiders are HOT. Seriously! I....don't have room or anything, but wow, there are going to be some happy hunters out there!

I like the spiders mostly because they stand out as being completely different then what we have now for spiders.

Honestly, even with the brown Madexx model having been made tameable, how many hunters do you honestly see with a scorpid? Very, very few. The ones I do see with a scorpid, more often that not, have an old-world model. Putting black Madexx's skin on a common mob is not suddenly going to create a billion other black horde scorpion model pet owners out there. You might see a couple more, but I'm pretty sure far more people still use Terrorpenes and Ancient turtles and beetles etc. etc. as their go-to tanking pet.

And yes, I have a black Madexx, so I'm not speaking from a position where I am not affected.

Went in there today and the big green ones were again back, but alas still at this point cannot be tamed

Some really cool finds here. Always nice to see another Madexx scorpid skin freely available, and those spiders are very sexy. I'm so glad little Slumlost still has plenty of stablespace for these beauties. <3
I'm guessing no sign of the fiery bone dogs? Or are they not classified as beasts at the moment?

I may come off as sounding like a jerk here, but I really don't like the whole "Madexx becoming a common spawn in two colors" thing. I've been looking for him for a while, never found him. And really, I DO see quite a few scorpids roaming about. Mostly pvp, but I digress.

The point I want to make is: What do you think would happen if Sambas, Karoma, and Terroropene all became common mobs? People would rage. Thats basicly what's happening here, though Madexx still has red, green, and blue skins as rares.


Anyway, onto a happier subject: Hurrah, FINALY a Spider I will USE! Now just make the burning puppies tameable...

I'm glad the black Madexx is common now. The prettier colors are the rare ones. :3
