I was just going to let my main be my primary collector (120 mounts, 121 pets) but just for this pet I'm seriously considering turning my DK into a pet collector also. My DK is Gólbez and I've always thought it was a shame that DKs were introduced too late to aquire their own Spirit of Competition. Actually what I REALLY wanted for him was the Essence of Competition (the dark blue version) but that was available only in China. If you've ever played any version of Final Fantasy IV, you'd know why I wanted that pet on Golby.
I was sad when 2010 came and went without an Olympic Games tie-in. I seem to remember the NPC in Ironforge saying that the Spirts of Competition would draw close to the boundaries of our dimention once every two years. I guess the NPC just couldn't be bothered with actualy catching any of them last year.
/silly But a sparkly dragon? It isn't the dark serpent dragon I was hoping for but I'll take it. And then I'll make a macro so when I summon it I'll yell "THAT MIST DRAGON BLEW MY SHADOW DRAGON AWAY?" Although I guess some people might think I'm summoning the Mist Dragon... might explain all the sparkles...
