Server first Molten Front tame! Okay, so Dethecus is sleepy and backwater, but I DO NOT CARE! Kirix is mine! <3<3<3<3<3

And he did get to kill me once too, the lil' bugger. I forgot NR aura again! Tame was flawless the second time.





Skarr was up rather than that Karkin, so I will probably have to fight for Karkin a bit. I refuse to remove Skarr by any means in order to force a spawn.

how did you guys get into firelands already D8?! i got 12marks jesturday and only a few today >: unless there is 1 or two hidden dailes i dont see how you get into there before tomorow o:

It wasn't intentional! I only did it to show ya it could be done lol

It's still adorable and made me all warm and fuzzy! xD (Given, had you been taming the trapped one, I still would have felt warm and fuzzy, but to a slightly lesser degree.)

Logged on this morning to a purty owl. After enduring a blue screen right after finding him/her (I just about hyperventilated), I logged back on to see a tauren hunter fall to his death trying to tame this beauty. My pally fiancee pulled him/her from the sky for me with a judge/bubble combo, and I hit arcane/tame The one moonfire (s)he cast hurt, but it was a love cast, obviously >.> Meet Jadis (mine's a girl).

So after completing our dailies and killing all the Molten Lords, my fiancee and I were about to queue for Ahune when I flew over a pally getting taken out by - Magria! I hurriedly stripped down without a care of who saw my hunter's tighty whities, and hit tame. Magria's love taps took me down to maybe 60% by the time the tame went off. She did Ahune with me and then I decided to name her Mu'sha, after the Tauren's word for the moon.

All in all a pretty lucky day I've no interest in Ankha, so until I hit the Molten Front, I'm a happy and contented hunter.

I must thank you guys on the forums for the heads up on the dailies. Because of this, I was able to snag Kirix! I can honestly say I wasn't prepared for him lol. I died quite a few times due to me falling .
I was so busy on the PTR looking to find the exact spawn-in spot for the cats, that I never even got to the Molten Front. Had no idea how the layout was, yada yada. After a bunch of deaths from bad timing, stupidity, and lol falling, I had to rez and repair. When I came back, a group was failing terribly at trying to tame him. I got back on my rock and not having any good feelings about the tame, I rebuffed, and tried again when he came back around. I had to feign due to fail timing, but the second tame after repairing stuck- I had my stubborn little pal. I didn't have my Corehound, or Surv spec. I was in my MM PvP spec for Silencing Shot for Skarr, so all I had was Kings drums, haste pot, food, and elixir. He matches Midnight quite well, don't you agree?

I think that today was a 'double' reset i.e. the basic reset at midnight or 1a for quests, then a downtime at 5a for a reset... so if you were up that early you could have technically gotten your last four marks & gotten access to the molten front before thursday.

When I was on the thrall quest that lead to the molten front I was going to browse around myself but decided not to; with skarr being a low spawn time, he's pretty much the only one I really wanted on Tilo anyways... so it's no biggy.

You can't find any rares if you poke around the Molten Front while on the Thrall chain. It's all phased until you do the quest with Malfurion.

Miyon with Ban'thalos, and Xiela with Magria. Happy day. Now I just need Ahnka and Skarr, and perhaps Deth'tilac if I can be arsed. Happies!

I just have a question: how does phasing affect the regrowth rares? Like at what point will I be able to see them? Sorry if this is dumb, but I couldn't find the answer anywhere!

Realm first on Azjol-Nerub at 5:10pm server time.
Apparently you must have completed the questchain at Sanctuary of Malorne to begin the dailies before you can see them. Can't vouch for that though cos I already did them

I'll get pics of my tames in abour an hour.... took a nap so I might have missed kitty spawn, but i know it has to spawn by 12:10 or it was tamed while i was asleep...

Oh and kalli Kirix killed me to with the other strat... he somehow evaded my tame at the last second while casting the death ability. I was like wtf

I'm after one of the new tiger SBs, mostly because Gondria is TOO transparent and pink for my tastes and from what I have seen'heard these guys should be a bit better for me.

I tamed Ban'thalos out of sheer luck-he popped while I was just camping there and surfing the net. After a very intense round of dying and trying to tame and keeping a druid and another hunter from killing him etc, I had him.

I take him into an instance, and it's like a light show when he gets in there and starts fighting, the wisps coming off his wings make it look like a rave in a fight.



He's named Hatsu, Japanese for first now, with reason, but I'm tempted to rename him Rave, lol.

I think I will like the hunched gem tiger, but I might wait to level my second hunter to get him, I have the hunched shimmering panther already and adore her on my main hunter.

I also want one of the common red magma spiders. The purple one is gorgeous, but not worth the trouble to me right now.

i got lucky after helping another hunter get their spiders. found and was able to get this lovely cat.

Server first tames on all, save for Ankha, second spawn on her. Karkin was a second spawn (first spawn was murdered by a mage), first tame, and was a catch and release to try to force a Skarr spawn humanely. Skarr did spawn, obviously Got Deth while waiting for Skarr to spawn.
