Phyra has a Blue-violet-pink theme. Numaroc fit the bill perfectly, as does Aotona (no luck in getting her though).. Skoll, and various other blue-bodies. (having an azure whelpling as a companion pet and blue netherdrake as her flying mount..)


My horde hunter has a red theme. I'd kit her out with black-red themes such as the war mounts, crimson whelpling, and then usually (prior to taming my ghost wolf) a scarlet tracking hound.

I tend to lean toward black and white pets overall, but I have a soft spot for the wild colored ones. I have a mix on every hunter and I like it that way. Theming is too rigid for me and I don't like the idea of having pets I feel nothing for.

I wasn't really all about color schemes up until recently when I switched to MM. I'd just finally bought my Sun Reaver's tabard when this lil change happened. Going MM meant that I was going to have to give up my beloved Loque (Loki.) So, I tossed on my tabard and for hours rode around Azeroth looking for the right pet...

I love the color red. My real life hair is red, my in game hair is red, my gear is red, ffs my Mount is red.... And now...my pet is red. My beloved springpaw lynx, Jinx and I have been a matching pair ever since I got him. :3

Hmm...I think the only thing my pets all have in common is they're all named after robots of some kind. I'm a huge mech fan, so several of my chars tend to be named after robots too. Jazzimus is a play on Optimus and Jazz from Transformers. Solaris is an OC mech of mine, Blaze is another OC mech of mine (originally wanted to name him Duke after another robot but the name was taken), Nitro is Nitro Convoy from Transformers Galaxy Force, Mirage and Ironhide is from the original Transformers show (Mirage could go invisible and Ironhide...well, that kinda speaks for itself, heh).

I have an alt named Superion (another TF name) with a red lynx named Rodimus (TF again), black lion named Barricade (TF 2007 movie) and black raven named Airazor (Beast Wars). I have a theme for robots...>.>;

I ended up doing the same thing. At first I wanted pets to match my gear, but now I just want to match her skin and hair. I have a Belf with pale skin and red hair, so all her pets tend to be pale or fiery.
