I agree with these stories, I saw Banny and an Orc hunter was trying to tame him. Now I'm ally but I did the /cheer at him and and tried to help but a belf hunter who had already tamed a rare was shooting him along with a nelf dk they killed him.

I felt so sad for the orc guy, I tried to /comfort him as best i could and I had a few choice words for the nelf DK but I was just disappointed in the belf hunter killing Banny because someone else was taming him, that's juts mean spirited.

Things like that happen - sad but true.

A friend of mine was camping Banny, he spawned, she tried to tame and a group of allies just killed Ban, so she can't get it. Nasty.
I was camping Skarr when Karkin showed up, as I didn't want it, I left it for a Worg, who failed several times, but when he managed to tame it, I cheered for him. I don't think it's fair to kill or to tame other hunters future pets.

Just a few hours ago, I was able to tame Kirix, because an other hunter invited me in group, got his corehound for hysteria and I was able to tame the beauty. She already hat Kirix and was very nice to me.

So, don't just focus on the bad guys. Think also about the nice guys who helped you tame, supported you or just left you alone with "your" pet.

Yes -- there are good people in WoW, quite a lot of them in fact -- it's just that the jerks stick in the mind.
