or similar to the blood elves.
"We don't like your leadership, a large group of us quit. the alliance and horde are a huge threat to us, and with you as a leader they will remove us all together. so from here on we declare war on you"
blam third faction can now be part of the war against her. but unlike blood elves they dont ally with anyone.
best thing is pvp wouldn't need reworked. instead of changing all battle grounds to match the 1v1v1 just have it random who you will fight, sometimes alliance fight naga sometimes horde fights alliance and so on. or maybe make new battle grounds to match pre exsisting ones.
and a 1v1v1 might be interesting battle ground... of course it would need some major work.

I think it would be neat if we could have Naga as playables!! Although they wouldn't be able to wear boots... or.. pants.. but I'm sure with good ol' goblin (or gnome) ingenuity we could find a way.
and also naga hunter starter pet could be hydra

If they do make nagas a playable race they are going to try to make the female ones look cute/sexy.... not looking forward to that.

I lol'd. And I'd like to see Naga playable aswell, with "Boots" as Tail Rings and "Pants" like giant belts <3
And Naga Hunters starter pets should either be Hydras OR Serpents. Jus' sayin' <3

Honestly, with War of the Ancients confirmed as the next raid, I wouldn't doubt the next 5 man we see would be a Caverns of Time one. Like, 4.3 is Alcaz Island and (hopefully) Abyssal Maw.
Alcaz is something where the Keepers of Time say the infinite flight is on the move again, so be ready for bigger things.
War of the Ancients could come in 4.4.
With the new Nozdormu model, people are speculating that it means he's going to be revealed as the infinite corrupter, and he'll be the final boss. Honestly, that's what I want, with Chromie becoming the new aspect. But honestly, it'd make much more sense for Chromie to be the final boss, revealing herself to be the corrupter, and she went back in time to get you onto her good side, as she forsaw that she would be killed by you.

When was the War of the ancient ever comfirmed as the next raid? What proof do you have of this information?

I think there was an interview somewhere with one of the Game Designers confirming War of the Ancients would be the next raid in the Caverns of Time. Lemme see if I can find it.
Edit: I can't find the original article since World of Raids (The ones who did the interview with Tom Chilton) have since moved down and closed their site. I did find the WoW Insider article about it
here.

After reading that.... it would seem cataclysm will have four teir with the war of the ancients being next and the deathwing after that. With the way they are patching it would look something like this.
Completely my guess do not take this as fact.
4.3 Abyssal maw and alcaz heroic (coming out around xmas is my guess)
4.4 The war of the ancients raid (coming out around feb is my guess)
4.5 A heroic above EPL (rumored to be where deathwing grew up and where we will kill him)(coming out may is my guess)
4.6 Deathwing raid (coming out july/august)
5.0 New expact.(around jan)

If I had to make a guess I think Alcaz will possible be a world event for the Zandalar Island raid instance. The whole island itself is perfectly setup so that either faction could head to there at any time with minimal effort. The island probably will consist of 3 bosses with one at the watchtower, one at the encampment, and one at the top of the hill. As for the hydras there, they could be saving that pet for this particular world event hence why we didnt see it with the last patch.

Easy they would wrap their tails around the mount and hold on for dear life.

tauren didnt have mounts at first, they all ran everywhere maybe the naga will be an exception with like "Snaking along" or something that gives them mount speed. i honestly have no idea how to get them mounted short of siting akwardly on a poor gryphin trying to fly =/
