*twitches and falls over* Okay, I am a TOTAL sucker for the parrot base. The stormcrows do look nice, though! And the eagle bases aren't too shabby either! The "tropical druid" would have been a nice option for the trolls who might have been okay with a bird form.

This is actually really cool. Lots of potential bonus skins without them being cats!

Funny, I also thought of trolls the minute I saw it The bright colours really do it.

I also had to laugh at Mindsprocket's comment about the grey and red owl looking like Yosemite Sam. I knew something looked familiar about that owl but I could never quite place it till I saw that comment

I tried it out and most of its head seemed to be missing. Maybe it's just my copy of WMV. Not sure

The black eagle is the coolest looking pet, EVER.

Oh wow, that black eagle I would definitely tame! I love the eagle models and animations much more than the hawk ones, but they don't come in any colours I really care for.

Black eagle, oh my. o_o Yes, please! I'd tame the saffron owl, too, I think. Lovely!

This is gorgeous. My favorite owl colors on a raptor (bird of prey like hawk/eagle), DO WANT!

Giraffes and Gazelles share the same skin format too. Actually a bunch of hooved beasts have a very similar format (rams, horses, talbuks etc.) but most of them are just that little bit (or a lot) wrong on other models. Gazelles and Giraffes, however, are the same style entirely. The only difference is that all giraffes have black antlers while gazelles tend to have striped ones, except for the diseased one that has black. Since they're not tameables I didn't want to waste a thread on them but thought I'd post them here anyway. So here they are with the skins swapped:
It's an okapi!

Pretty much just a white version of the striped gazelle skin:

Spotted Gazelle:

Sexy black giraffe:

And in orange:

Pretty much like the normal striped giraffe but in orange:


The only one that didn't work was the diseased gazelle skin on the giraffe. It gives some weird mane artefacting, as well as just being horrifying to look at:

Do want zombie giraffe.

Ahaha, that is awesome. I noticed the new white skins on the giraffes in Sholozar right after the shattering. Very eye catching. xD


Sidenode: I always called the giraffes.....Giraffazelles. Guess I was more right then I thought!
