You know, it could also be part of the Deathwing fight (perhaps the minipet associated with getting that legendary for your guild?). Because the face of that whelp reminds me of those "Chromatic" dragonkin in Blackwing Descent. Like the Chromatic Prototype (that you encounter in the Nefarian fight) or Maloriak.

Their faces look so similar to the "dragonman" model, it's creeping me out.

"ChromaticDragonPet". It's only in the very latest patch file.

As others mentioned, I wonder if this is just the base colour, or perhaps a test colour. Seems odd for them to call it a "chromatic" dragon yet just make it gold.

It looks kind of grotesque. O_o

It's like someone took a dragon, squeezed it all out into the head, and then, as was said earlier, spray painted it gold. I'm hoping it will get better color and texture, and it might redeem itself, but as it stands, it doesn't look too cute to me.

I can't tell if I love it or hate it....the color is horrendous. Definitely wouldn't call this one chromatic. The animations are pretty cute, but I'm not sure how I feel about its BIG GIANT HEAD. I mean geez....
