That's a gorgeous mount!

Ok ill tell you the time i got my Time-lost proto drake i was flying north-west from the blue viking chick town after doing the daily and flew past it. Simple as that i did not camp or hunt for it just flew past it. I like to fly past people camping for it on my time-lost Im mean that way.

88! I picked up the Celestial Steed today as well as finally getting the 100 Seals for my Sunreaver Hawkstrider (aka the ugliest riding chicken ever).

He's under Deathcharger. For some reason, the item is "Deathcharger's Reins" and the mount spell is "Rivendare's Deathcharger".

ahh i have been farming that mount for some time now and i still have not seen it drop.

I got my Blue drake from occulus,

I was surprised when i got mine from that i did not know they changed it so that it drops from there and not the eye now.

Yeah,I didn't know either, when I open the bag my heart had a seizure.

It still drops from Malygos too, as far as I know.

Well wowwiki says that they make that fancy ruined one drop in both 10 and 25 man eye

got my celestial steed bought it for 5000g (there is just something about giving blizzard more money on top of my subscription i don't like) i finally can make a macro to random summon My onyxia drake and the celestial steed. Don't get me wrong the Onyxia drake is beyond awesome its just nice to have a little variate now

Oh right, there's TWO blue drakes; forgot about that. Thanks for clearing that up; had forgotten.

Just got Arclite a Swift Orange Raptor.

I've been farming Sethekk, Zg and Kara with another druid friend and guildy of mine for well over a year off and on. I've killed Anzu for Raven lord mount, over 130 times. Mount dropped once like...last month finally, but I passed to my friend, because he passed the Swift White Hawkstrider to me. We both have Zulian Tigers ^^ Also, my blasted Death Knight! The first time I go solo raptor boss guess what happena? Damn mount drops..../sigh

Long ago, in the month of September prior to the date achievements were released, I decide to farm the Baron's mount (it was a 1 in 5000 drop rate then). I ran it a little over 500 times in a month. Drop was nerfed to 1%, still took 106 kills. So over 600 times? WHAT?! That's not possible! Indeed it is good sir! I picked up enchanting for this little grind. Here are the fruits of my labor:

That's a lot of shards!! I finally just finished selling them in January, over 2 years later.

My next grind...or more like, never ending campout, was the elusive Time-Lost Proto-Drake. I started right after I hit 80 mid November and camped this guy day in and day out for 3 months straight before I even saw the CORPSE. I gave up......THEN I found him on the way to my dailies! Such is my luck.



Then there are other various rare drop mounts I've basically given up on.

Green Proto Drake, I was revered with the damn oracles the day I hit 80, then proceeded to grind and level 4 more characters to 77 so I can do this daily. Here are my totals before I stopped caring and buying the eggs:

Oracle Eggs:
105. White Tickbird (main)

Note: Was between 4 toons, now only my main, I'm bored with eggs

Total out of 105:
Yolk: 25
Tickbird: 24
White Tickbird: 24
Cobra: 24
Proto Whelp: 8
Green Proto Drake: 1 - Egg 12: alt#2, retired

Of course...my DK gets it her first egg...bastard...

Blue Proto Drake...seen it once.
White Polar Bear, never got it.
Never seen Ony mount.
Everyone and their mom but me gets Blue Drake from OC....

Yep that's my luck.

I paid 15k oh well....Its not like I had anything else to spend it on
