I've got a new little goblin hunter named Shui, which means water, now sitting on my main realm waiting.

So when names are reserved, you just make a character, not play it, then when ready to use the name, delete the character and remake it with that name again right after the deletion?

My first most favored name, Kee, was taken. So instead I've decided to just merge the first and last names together, KeeZao

Yes, though you should note that Blizzard will "unlock" the names of existing characters that don't get played to allow other players to use that name. So you should log into that character once in a while.

I was able to reserve Xifeng on Nesingwary, meaning "flourishing phoenix".

I have two names reserved already. Shenzhou (after Shen Zhou the famous poet) and Bambooze. Yep, I went there.

Ha! Bambooze. I like it.

I don't know what names I want to use yet, but I do know that I'm going to /bitchslap and /facepalm the first Pandaren Monk I meet with the name "Kungfupanda" or any accented version thereof. I don't pretend that I'm the greatest at coming up with names or anything, but stuff like that just drives me nuts.

I don't have a name yet but I'll probably be going to babynames.com soon and check some names out.
Though I might also wait to fully decide until I see the female model.

I'm a copycat... saved that on my realm until I can think of something better (Bambooze).

Bamboolze was already taken...

Ok, deleted Bambooze...

did some translating... and saved the following.

Zhubowu (bamboo mist)
Wuhengte (mist hunter)
Zhupao (bamboo gun)
Paosheji (gun shoot)

also...

Miyufan (roughly "lost in translation")

Onigiri even though it's Japanese. Memories from my stay up here in the States. All my char names have memories tied to them.

I cant for the life of me figure out how to get translations in letters not characters (its called pinyin right? never was good in mandarin class), can anyone help me find names that stand for 'forest', 'nature', 'harmony', etc. themes like that :3 Be much appreciated <333

Ooh, I hope they let us rename the chars with accents, rather than delete them, or I'll be ticked...

As I understand it, any currently existing names with accents will be fine, just new names will no longer be able to use them.

At least that's what I've heard, couldn't confirm it though
