Tyrael doesn't really flap his wings either. He floats...XD Just saying. He has Wingtacles! (No seriously, he does. He actually grabs people with those wings). It's said the angels are just made of light. His wings are him.

but they dont need to bend that far forward >< if they have to sway id like it to be more like the wind was blowing through them rather then it being like they have a mind of their own
.. and i just noticed, either im the only one who finds the akward swaying annoying or theres just people who arent actively agreeing and helping me out here XD >.>;;;;;

It's supposed to sway. XD Thats how Tyrael's wings are.

Nah, they are already 2 separate models, changing that one won't change the hippogryphs. If you compare the 2 side by side you will see how they twisted the "horse" model's legs around already. They really just need to finish what they started or use the actual horse skeleton/animation and just add wings.

I love the way it looks, sans the broken wings. It looks great on the ground, but with no proper flapping, it flies hilariously.

I saw it on youtube, someone calling it that. You should watch the videos, you'll see him grab Diablo(trapped in a human body) and fling him back. It's pretty wicked.
