No, you would still be able to dual wield 1h axes... it's just that doing so will preclude using a ranged weapon (which presumably will equip sort of like a 2H wpn in mop, e.g. appears in your MH slot, and causes the OH slot to be grayed out). Something like that.

As a person wiht two Night Elf hunters, one of them being a Sentinel, I just have to say...
