Nightshade was a fun tame! I liked the challenge! Deth'tilac was tamed at the same time Deth Strike finished casting and my newly tamed pet took the hit of the previously untamed Deth'tilac as you will see from the combat log!

Today's haul:

First tame was Magria in Mount Hyjal.


Then across to Sanctuary of Malorne for Ban'thalos


I had to leave the queue for 2 heroics to get these. I go and do a heroic and when I finish head into Molten Front for Skarr


And then I remembered I had never actually looked for Ghostcrawler so a trip to Vashj'ir followed.
Was coming to the end of his patrol and about to give when npcscan gives me another shock.


Ban'thalos and Magria need names if anyone would like to suggest any.
Skarr is now named Obsidian after my favourite pet rat.
Ghostcrawler has the name Nerfbat after his hilarious ability.

Look no exclamation marks!!!

Decided I want a wolf and went in search of Old Cliff Jumper.
He was there waiting for me in Hinterlands. Dismounted, started taming, then Sambas appears and chomps on him one shotting him.
Note to self: Next time you go pet hunting make sure you dismiss your pets first.

Anyway here is me with Nymeria, named after Arya's Direwolf from A Song of Ice and Fire


Then went to get Ashtail for good measure.


Just had a thought... What am I going to do once I have gotten Skoll and Karoma?
I'll be a lost little hunter =(

Just tamed Chromaggus in BWL. It took less time to tame than it would have to kill him.


I named him Telanater which may sound an odd name but the two people who helped me were Telana and Thanater so I combined them and got a name. Wouldn't have done it without them!

I need to get into BWL and get Chromaggus. I love the spikes on his back, very menacing.

After naming my Wolf Nymeria I decided to name Ashtail GreyWind.
Continuing the A Song of Ice and Fire theme I would like to introduce you to Ghost!



WHEN I finally find Skoll he shall be name ShaggyDog! That leaves Summer and Lady as availale names. I might name Ankha and Magria after those two even though they aren't canine.

Currently Magria is called Inatsu and Ankha is Ankha.

I think many people here would agree, you really never will get used to npscan. Even after taming most of the rare pets out there myself and camping for those rare spawn mounts, it still gets me to jump (when the volume is on especially)

Anyway guys. My weeks free trial is now over and Skoll evaded me for the whole time! I am off away for the weekend and when I return I will be putting time on my hunter account and playing even more!

After 2 days, 13 hours and 30 minutes played time, and 1 day 10 hours at level 85 I finally have Skoll.
It may not seem like much in the grand scheme of things or even in comparison to the amount of time others have spent looking for their pets.

I know I am a jammy b*stard.

His name is Shaggy Dog!
