How about the 5 MF spiders? for true rainbow glory?..

But I'll stick with my rhinos, assuming blizz fixes the talents.

Stampede + beastial Wrath + Kill command + trinkets = Profit!

Stampede will probably be: Nanaki, Vlakorados, Ironite, Cetra and Barret.
(Slaverjaw, chromaggus, warp chaser, Karoma, Terropene)

Some other pairings I have in mind ...

The Dragontamer (ok, they're not really dragons but they could pass off as one)

Leader of the Pack
Image Image Image Image Image

Jurassic Park (originally this was going to have T-rexes but there are only 4 skins atm)
Image Image Image Image Image

Lord of the Barrens

Posting the pics for all my ideas would take all night long, but here are a few more themes I have in mind:
1. The Arachnid Queen or The Broodmother - spiders
2. The Crazy Cat Lady - cats
3. The Ghost Whisperer - spirit beasts or ghost/spectral skinned beasts
4. Thunder from Down Under (lol, I know, I know) - crocodiles
5. Ripley's Revenge (aka: Alien/Xenomorph concept) - ravagers

Lessee, I'm not sure which pets I would use on Ruffley since I have so many, but for Rose I think my 5 would be:
Azunara, her spirit beast:

Runt, her adorably spunky runed demon dog:

Savage, her fierce Outlands raptor:

Tyrant, her beloved devilsaur:

And Shadra, her newly acquired fire spider (formerly Skitterflame):

I don't think I'll have any specific lineup, just whoever's in my active 5 slots already. Skorn is always in my first slot of course, the rest interchange when I feel like it. Themed line ups are fun, but for Veph at least I won't be releasing any of my current pets just to make room for some extras in order to make a pack or anything.

It's always been my team lineup during fun adventures;

Springpaw Lynx as the hot-blooded pawn.
Lone Hunter (with sword) as my knight.
The Bishop of this 5-man group will be my Bananahawk.
The Rook is interchangeable between my Fiery Turtle and my red Shale Spider, depending on if BM pets can stampede outside of BM spec.
The Queen, if it can be called as such, is Chromaggus. He is never in my stables.

A cat, a wolf, a dragonhawk, a tank, and a core hound. My core hound NEVER leaves my five, so if I can only do four at a time while in Marksman; so be it.

Pretty much I always have Nanaki, Vlak and Barret with me, its only the last two slots that ever change, usually keep one SB with me, and then one other free for all slot.

I'd love to be able to have Stampede sets of 5 of the same types of beasts. Five black stormcrow-model pets, or five parrots all swooping and swarming around an enemy would be cool. Five rhinos would be awesome Shoot, I'd tame Mazzranache four more times so I could send five squawking after a target. Oh, and of course I'd want five sporebats for my anti-rogue stampede set.

That'd mean taming a bunch of new pets which would require letting a lot of my current ones go, though, so it's not gonna happen.

Since we don't really know the specifics of how Stampede works, I dunno if we can really craft real specialty sets to try to take advantage of 5 different pet family abilities. I kind of suspect that when we hit Stampede, our main pet will still do all it's special stuff, but the other four will just do basic autoattack type stuff. I'll probably just end up running with my standard group. Dunno what that'll be in MoP, but right now it's usually turtle, spider, core hound, devilsaur, and wolf.

I'll be sorely tempted to create a macro so that my hunters'll yell something when it's activated. Like maybe 'SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE FRIENDS!'

Now in the announcement they said, if you had five in your stable it would call all five, something along those lines, right?

So is the call going to be the five pets that you have on hand? Or is it going to be pets directly from your stable? The way it was suggested, it made me think that it could potentially call all the pets in your stable, like all 20 or 25.

If its just the five you are traveling with, then I'm not going to do a special theme or anything. Mine would be:

Gojira, my King Krush, devilsaur

Hatsu, my Banny, or Fai, my Loque, for the spirit beast

Hel, my small black wolf, or Byakuya, my Skarr, for my wolf/cat slot that I carry

Kismet, my Jadefang, shale spider

And one fun or through away, my fifth pet spot is usually a pet I'm not horribly attached to or would be easy to replace if I had to abandon to grab something fun or a random whim pet. Or it might just be Floyd, my pink tall strider.

well, gee! Do we still have to keep different pets for different group buffs in our active stable? Cuz if that's the case, not much is going to change.

Though. Admittedly. A full devilsaur team would be quite dramatic. *nods*

I believe, from my understanding of the wording, that it will call the pets that you have with you. Whether its 1,2,3,4, or all 5.

well yeah,, but will the 5 we have in our slot depend on the buffs needed for the group?

IE: I carry a devilsaur b/c my raid team misses the crit bonus. Just calling my 5 babies doesn't change the fact we're missing crit, so my main baby is the devilsaur. I use the chimera for the slow in the "i hate colorblind ppl" boss with the color order kills in DS as well. SO, I have at least the devilsaur and the chimera.

So, 2 our of my 5 are set in stone already.

I can't have a full devilsaur team in this example.

If I keep my Sin'Dorei theme, it'll probably be something like this:
