Because this needs to be a thing.
Also, I do not have a picture of a spirit porcupine.

now they need to bring eyes of the beast back. i was messing around in model viewer and silkworms have a pretty cute jumping animation where they roll up into a ball mid air then uncurl and land.

Ok, so predictions and hopes on the porcupine family everyone?
For me:
Rodent family
Includes porcupines and beavers introduced in MoP. Hopefully more rodents will be classified as beasts.
Special Ability: Gnaw Armor. Gnaws at the enemies armor with the rodent's teeth, reducing it by 4%. Stacks up to 3 times. Lasts 30 sec. Nom nom nom.

I almost feel like this is a subtle invitation for Spirit to draw something...

I'd go with an ability that uses their spines. Reduced chance to hit because of being distracted by being stuck full of spines, reduced movement speed because of spines, reduced armor from the spines piercing and weakening it.
Or have the spines do damage to anything that physically hits the porcupine, a permanent Thorns Aura for the little rodent. Be an extra help for a tanking porcupine.

what did he mean by that..? he didnt say they would be tameable.. theres vague implications.. its just.. i dont know what he meant by that..
He said these animals won't be boars and will be tameable. I think we're getting the worms too.

Isn't everything?
(It wasn't, but that's a great idea!)

Oh god I hope so. I have some serious issues with bonding with any raptors on Ziarre, although I'm trying (again) with one that I've named after a recently deceased pet who was with us for many years.
More on-topic, I laughed so hard at GC's post and was grinning like a fool. Yay for porcupine is for fite!

All pets who have a bleed debuff right now get it changed to armor debuff, so raptors arent the only ones anymore

Actually, the bleed debuff pets got the physical damage reduction debuff.

OT, but it's not so much a matter of looking good (I've found a few different colors I like with Ziarre) as just...I can never settle on a name that clicks, and for me the name is almost always one of the first steps of bonding. Granted, I can happen to not bond enough with a fantastic name, but it helps.
But yes, moar armor debuff please? *w* Unless that's getting consolidated or whatnot.

And serpents!
Regardless, all buffs and debuffs are likely quite flexible at this stage, since there are some families as yet unsettled.
