The pink skin is used on only one mob as far as I know, Marticar the rare strider: http://www.wowhead.com/npc=18680

The pale pink Lupis put? That's either Boglash (the quest spawn) or Marticar (the rare spawn). Haven't seen Marticar on the beta and Boglash wasn't flagged. :(

I've done the Boglash quest but don't ever remember it being so gorgeous. I hope it becomes tameable!

Boglash is a sort of shiny green in the zone, because his pink color is severely muted and changed by the environment coloration of Zanger.

Aha, I mistakenly thought Boglash was the teal/green colour from just glancing at the wowhead images. It's been so long since I've seen him in person I definitely didn't remember him being the white model as well.

Boglash has a buff on him that makes him look green. He turns white/pink once you kill him. I had thought the same until I checked him out on the beta.

Tentative stable layout. Trying out Icehorn, and have re-tamed Arcturis - neither have a set name yet nor am I fairly sure I'm keeping them, so they go into the 'maybe in MoP' row in the bottom.

This is my mains. I don't know which families I want in MoP, but I will probably not tame a goat. Other than that, the new skins and pets are the ones I will tame first but no idea if that's the skin I will like most, especially with the tigers since there are so many colours of them I like ;) Not that fond of the cranes or quilen, but will try atleast one of each new pet.

The thing is that I am quite fond of all my pets, and don't really want to change any of them, but at the same time the only ones I really can't live without is the hearts, so if I bond with a new one I don't think there will be such a problem removing something else either ;) Oh, and if the blackness of my wolf disappears, he might have to go pretty fast =/

(And yes, some of the names are placeholders ;))

I'd SAY I have less must-keeps than I do...but they keep making a liar out of me when I take them out to cull. :( The ones up there have survived two cullings in the past month, so they're fairly well settled until Mists. Any culls that I'm not 100% certain on, I screencap just before abandon so that I have a date and time for restoration.

I did make a hard choice in culling my Karoma - but I have Spectre, and the twins idea just didn't quite pan out. Spectre wanted his old name back, kthx!

If you want to stop the thumbnails from looking odd when you copy them in, change the color setup on the grid from Indexed to RGB - how varies from program to program.

Was talking to my boyfriend today about how I needed room for my water strider but didn't know who to release, then I said "hunter first world problems."
So here we are.

You will have to excuse me for my grid frenzy. I decided once and for all to go through all my hunters and decide on MoP pets, assuming all I would like are tameable. I am very, very sorry for the obnoxiously long post.

Five of the hunters are 85, one is 82, one 74 and one 66. The rest are all lower levels (and two have not yet even been played), but I wanted to include them anyway, as it gives all my choices coherence.

And Ptaysanwee's new planned stable. Much more fun stable to plan for since I don't have to be bogged down by raiding buff/debuff pets and I don't have a ton of tallstriders taking up space. As much as I love all my other striders Wassa might need to let go of some because I only use Hahadori. Stampede right now makes me keep them for laughs.

Anyways...

First three rows are keepers. Cocheta the "stranger" is my required outlier of my theme being black and from outlands. She is currently a ravager but Mojag my hyena will have that buff now so she is morphing into a tripod. Although I might name her Sporeballs for a short while because of this:
Image

Last row I'm not sure if I'll keep my chimaera. I'll be taming a goat it just might not be that skin/name/gender. I like the brown spotted, blue, and white all equally. Just matters which skin I bond to the most. Porcupine I'll try out. They are cute. That death animation doesn't look like it's dead. It looks exactly like how my bunny looks at me while she's napping. Adorable.[/color]

Alright... so I had to make some touch decisions.
First of all, I forgot to add Balder, my wolf, so I added that, which then made me realize I have to release two pets, so I decided on Karoma and Gondria.
It was a really tough decision. Gondria was my first spirit beast. Ever. She always seems to be really happy when she's out, and loves every moment of it... but the problem is, I never get her out. I think she's be happier if I released her somewhere else... and then maybe if I ever get my troll to a high enough level, I can re-tame her on that character.
Karoma... well, Karoma, I just love. I love her name, and she's such a noble wolf... a proud wolf... but I pulled her out today to see her, and I saw her do an emote where she shied away from the stable master...
She's obviously not happy being kept in the stable all day. She needs to be free, and as hard as it in... I'm going to do what makes her the happiest. Sure, I could use her more, but with 6 spirit beasts at the moment, and Banthalos being the one I'm most bonded with... it just neer happens.

God, I feel liek such a dork sometimes when It alk about my pets like this.

Anyway, I still have until MoP until I'll release them and my other pets, so I'll make sure they get a lot of attention before then. :)

So here is... version number two of my stable plan, now with names added. :)

They just aren't devilsaurs. That's about as much as I can figure. I just haven't bonded with any of mine at all. And yet, I like the mounts.

Minipets hooooooooooo!

I had troubl bonding with the vanilla raptors on Mia... then I tried an outland raptor and ogod I love him. <3

Liek Kalli said, he's not a devilsaur... but I did manage to form a good bond. ^-^

I'd say if you really want one, keep trying! PEts have a way of surprising people. :)
