Hehe. And I just saw that the damaged Mantid Tank has an animation that starts out as it being in one piece, and eventually the pieces of husk and flesh fall off and you can see the shattered pieces.. odd.

Yeah, most likely. I wouldn't mind taming a damaged Mantid tank though. Maybe they'll implement a damaged skin somewhere. Like with the Hive Controller Silithid.

I noticed those wounded ones in WMV too. They're just wound images that get superimposed over the top of the skin. They're a very different texturing to the skin, much more cartoony, and they really don't look like they mesh. Hopefully this is just a primary test version though.
