I know, every time I see a picture of it, this scene pops into my mind: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JlSQAZEp3PA

I agree, we should get something thats a similar but still unique mount thats based lightly off the spinner in legend of zelda, twilight princess.. it could have rockets on the bottom and it could spin and tip forward/sideways/backwards when you move and just spin while sitting balanced when your idle :D

Something like that would be pretty sweet, kind of like a Hover disc from Maly. But spinning around in a circle as it hovers / moves

Maybe like this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDtWLPDhzjU
You mean like in this thread?.... http://forums.wow-petopia.com/viewtopic ... 39&t=18131

Anyways, sure the new rocket looks really nice, beautiful details and shading, etc, but I still cant help but really roll my eyes at either the twit that named it (and really had no idea), or the the twit who thought another rocket would be a neat idea (with a name like "world spinner" to work with).... different strokes I guess.

*nods to SB* I love the concept of the gnome rocket, but the name is utterly inappropriate.

I actually like the name (I hadn't heard it before so I had no expectations about what a "world spinner" may look like). And when I saw the rocket with such a name my first thought was that it doesn't move above the surface but instead "spins" the world beneath it, like the Planet Express ship in Futurama moves space while the ship itself remains stationary, which I've always seen as a very cool concept. Sure, it's an epic name for a very simple looking machine, but to me that's the joke. 8-)

I forgot about the Futurama ship.

If that's what Blizzard's going for, then I wholeheartedly approve.

(Good call, hehe!)

Besides, you expect gnome tech to actually work correctly?...

Love it. Futurama was new 2 nights ago (i DVR'd it). Had 2 new episodes, both VERY quality.

In the beginning they had the Fry-Face meme pop up, said something like

Thought it was funny :)
