Gonna make my Burning Boar Ferocity, and bring him into all the dungeons and raids.

There haven't been any problems with the appearance pets on the PTR, right? No buff wipes upon respec or anything?

Really? I decided I would cancel my subscription if that was the case, I love my boar too much. Anyone know for sure?

I think they stay burning. I *think*. From what I remember, your buff pets will keep the buff, but you won't be able to tame them anymore- just like it is in live.

For my main hunter i'll probably keep her pets as they are.. her bear is her tank pet and with its aoe roar, its just too easy for it to attract unwanted attention or mobs in a group with an already established tank. My wolf, cat, core hound, and spirit beast; skoll will remain ferocity since they have proven useful and appropriate for dungeoning. I may make Savage ferocity and Stompy tenacity tho for a change in model. Contemplating making my planned crane a tenacity pet as well for the luls. We'll see how it goes ^^

My undead hunter will be strict tho. She only tames dark and dreary pets and she has a very strong bond with her wolf, boar, and bear. Boar and Wolf will be ferocity, Bear will be tank, i'll get her a black tiger for a matching evil-pet for the cat buff in dungeons (im not one for beast master or else id go with karoma or arcturis for that) and maybe, probably, get a black spotted goat and make it tenacity.

I'm seriously considering turning Panzer into a DPS pet. Ferocity + Shell Shield may still have plenty of durability in a tanking situation for leveling, and should make killing stuff good and fast. A Spirit Beast tank would be good for the healing, and should still be tough enough to handle what's needed. I'm definitely turning my worm into a Ferocity pet. I've been wanting Ferocity-laden 'Burrow' for a *long* time now.

Out of all the specs, I'm actually thinking that Cunning looks like it might be the odd man out. Even in PVP, I don't personally foresee Cunning being as useful as Ferocity. Maybe that's just me, though. I might not understand the intricacies of PVP battles with a pet! I've always used a Tenacity pet, after all. *pats Shiva*

For a comment like this, you should always try to back it up rather than panicking people. ;)

My Luau's just fine. And it's been reported from everyone else on these boards that everything's fine. So unless they cleansed stuff in the newest build, or are planning to change what I'm seeing on the PTR, it's all good. Although I'm not going to promise that it'll stay that way if you die; there's always the chance that was changed. Just remember not to do arenas.
