Scritch, level 88 Hozen around the Dooker Dome in Kun Lai. A mage had him engaged so no idea what he dropped directly. I asked the mage to link the item, he dropped something called a Hozen Peace Pipe.

Krol the Blade (heh heh, Krol Blade), found in northeast Dread Wastes, summons Quilen adds, like one of the aforementioned rares, and dropped a +300% for an hour elixir that is not BoP. Probably going to send that one to my monk that I'm leveling, but I can't even imagine what it would go for on the auction house.

Kal'tik the Blight spawns at the gate in the west of Vale of Eternal Blossoms. I'm on Gilneas, which is PvP, and two alliance killed me and then the rare spawn, so I have no idea what he drops. He looked fairly easy.

Kang the Soul Thief (or... Decapitator?) is the same as Norlaxx, shadow voids and shadowbolts, and dropped a vanity item that can turn targets you kill into stone. I put up an example, with regular dead corpse for reference.

Mr. Smite! and at Go-Kan... I wonder if his power level is over 9000?

Well its neat with all these rares and there drops but uh wheres the beast ones.. im waiting for some epic beast or something thats tameable and that I hope so much drops nothing at all.. with a ton of these humanoid rares people may be content enough to leave the pretty beasts alone.. well a girl can hope

Was eagle eyeing around in Jade Forest trying to get to Ping (it kept breaking off ;_;) and I found a rare.

Or it may just confirm to them that "silver dragon = LOOT" and strengthen the kill-on-sight impulse. Granted, I'm pretty used to that by now, and if it's an area with a lot of tamable rares that don't drop anything (see: Molten Front), people tend to get the idea eventually.

Random rares wandering the world? Not so much.

Edit: Also, awww @ Mr. Smite. He fled to Pandaria and changed his name...but he couldn't quite let the ship or his treasure go. <3

You can move while using the Mogu item, but it breaks the statue and the effect. Gloves shouldn't be BoP but are nice for max-level gatherers as a replacement for +skill gloves.

The Panflute of Pandaria dropped by Moldo is rather fun. The critters you attract will stay with you for 15 minutes, but the cooldown on the item is just 1 minute. So you can run around picking up loads of critters.
