Here's what is hopefully the last alpha release of RCL for now!
The (rewritten) internals seem to be working fine at this point, and the database is mostly up to date. Unless someone finds some issues (please post if you do!), I'm aiming for a beta release to the general public tomorrow night.

I have a holy paladin friend who has ret as an off spec. He's been holy all night and it is showing him as ret for raid check list.

Sounds like he respec'd out-of-range, but I'll double-check that I've got the dual-spec swap correctly handled, thanks!
Also, I plan to include a manual refresh button since Blizzard has (as far as I can tell) made it impossible to stay updated with re/un/talenting.

That could be. I'd have to ask him. I figured he was already in holy spec because he went from raid healing into doing a dungeon. One thing that might effect it, is that even though holy is his main spec, it is in the secondary slot on his character.
The refresh button is an excellent idea.
I also didn't notice any noticeable slowing while I was playing.

I've just released
5.0.4beta1 to Curse. Depending on your settings on Curse, you might have to go to the "Other Downloads" tab to find the new beta version.
I haven't gotten around to updating the "credits" section yet, but it's on my to-do list. Apologies to anyone who feels left out at this stage!

A 'Raidchecklist' just showed up on the Curse page. I should've done the double-check *before* I grabbed it: is this your work, or have I just grabbed something I'mma need to fix now?

That should be the real deal! I put put the first 5.0.4 release yesterday (I think). There are still changes that need to be included in the ability database, but at least everything else should be working (in English, other languages need their new pet family names added).
