There's only one flaw with this. Now with CRZ, you likely in a combined zone to start. So all parties involved will likely be on "shared" realms for that zone. However, if you do spot a rare, you should be able to invite someone to join your "shared" CRZ, and they could tame/farm the rare.

What I would suggest is "teams" of RealID/Battletag friends camping different CRZs independently, and then inviting once a rare is spotted.

Can only happen for a short while longer, blizzard admitted the CRZ pullover with party leaders is an unitentional side effect and they're changing it.
