I think they are going to nerf the rep grind. That's what I've understood about it.
Ahhk.. nerf the grind, as in, by what im reading from the post, the rep required per stage of affiliation (friendly/honored/revered)?

Mists of Pandaria is by far my favourite expansion yet. A great storyline, stunning new scenery and creatures, and more brilliant mounts. Most of these points have already been made, but oh well!

1. Updated Character Models. Honestly, we need them, some of the models are so outdated now, and I really think it would help keep players loyal to the game, since one of the main benefits of other MMOs are that their models are better. Blizzard have said that they are working on the Human and Orc models, but the models i'm most excited to see updated are the Night Elf models.

2. Account wide tabards. Since they made Achievements, Mounts and Pets account-wide, I see no reason why this shouldn't happen. I'd like to be able to use my scarlet tabard on ALL of my characters. :)

3. Tameable (Stags/Yaks/InsertCreatureNameHere). I think that anything that is a beast, so long as it is not a boss, should be tameable. I personally want nothing more than tamable stags, since I have roleplayed a ranger with a stag for a companion for quite some time, and to be able to actually play the character would be brilliant.

4. Even though I know there is no chance this will happen, I wish that warlocks could get a cloak that was a pair of wings, or that here was a belt that gve you a demonic tail. I would like to roleplay my blood elf warlock as a succubus, and since she already has the horns, all that is left are wings or a tail. Yes, I know that there is a helm that gives you wings, but to be frank I just don't like the look of the helm.

Some very good points, I have to agree.

Hmmm... Lemme think,

1. Spirits of Harmony be account bound. My poor gatherer can only trade for more mats.

2. Shared secondary skills. After the sheer amount of mats needed for cooking, I don't ever want to do it again.

3. Heirlooms scaling to 90 after you have a level 90

I agree with these ones too. I'm so ticked that SoH are soulbound. >/

to no. 2 and 3, i completely agree with you there @_@

For the SoH's, look at the Chaos Orbs :3 Motes are only hard to come by before your 90. I have 108 motes and 1 spirit so far sitting in my bags, i regularly see motes dropping when im doing my dailies and heroics. Chaos Orbs only came from Heroics in Cata and everyone got to roll on them, irregardless of profession. The orbs became BoE, and only those with high lvl craft profs could Need them, but the pictures there ^^ The SoH's without a doubt will become BoA or BoE im sure, Blizz is just trying to drag their content as far as they can go it seems in this expansion.

They're making things harder to acquire without reducing all progress to a snails pace to try and keep people busy between patches. After all, they released Dragon Soul far, far, too early (possibly while working on the scrapped Abyssal Maw?) and cause they didnt release any new content to tide us over, we got stuck in several months of boring content cause the patch focused around 3 heroics which were a snap to do and one 2-part raid that became a rather easy routine once you figured out certain combinations or positions required (i honestly still feel that Ultraxion was probably the hardest encounter out of my personal experience).

But yea, dont worry about the motes right now, save them up if you dont want to use em. I completely believe they'll turn BoE or BoA after some time has passed ^_^

hehe yeah i know it wont work :P my favorite idea is stil to stick him in an instance with a 20/40 man option :P

I was looking at my old pets compared to the MoP beast and defo on my wish list is an update on the poor old pet models.. specially the blocked cats, the piglets and the bats :D

And with the updated (hopefully) player models - a chance to change your skintone in the barber shop :D

Oh! Another thing id like to see, LET US CHANGE OUR PANDA'S FACE MARKINGS! I had to roll the same character twice over cause i chose one face marking, got through all the start quests and did a few non-panda quests and decided that my face markings were just not what i wanted, and discovered the barber wont change them.

isn´t it because the facial markings on a panda basiclly is the face choise in char creation? i would not mind being able to change face either ;)

It is, but the face -never- changes, only the markings do, it bugs the hell outta me >< Night Elves get to change their face markings! I dun care that the markings and the face are different selections >_> same principle

My top 3:

1) Spirit / Motes of Harmony being BoA. I have at least one of every "production" profession, and in some cases I have 2 or 3. The idea of having to "grind out kills" to get Spirits of Harmony on the toon that needs them just makes me insane thinking about it. Well, more insane than usual that is.

2) Allow us to earn more valor in dungeons. Right now, having to grind out tons of dailies to reach the cap is really wearing me to a nub. I don't know if that will change when Raid Finder goes live, but I'm already sick of doing dailies and it's only been over a week since I've been 90. On the plus side, my Monk made level 64 in 5 days.

3) Add an Heirloom Tome for Pandarian Flying. I know they eventually did this in WotLK for Cold Weather Flying, I just hope they add it in sooner for MoP. I get why they made us get to 90 first, but I really hated not having flying when questing in Pandaria. I felt like I had to pay my dues all over again.

My changes aren't just for MoP, but WoW in general. Keep in mind I haven't played MoP that much and will quit once my annual pass if up. I'm just not having fun with this game anymore. =/ So incoming mini rant...

Bring back the community we had in this game. I might just be nostalgic but in vanilla WoW everything was server only. In battlegrounds you gained rivals from the opposite faction. For dungeons you had to have friends to get a group together. You couldn't just hop servers, change names, races, faction, etc. Everyone knew everyone back then. Now, I can get an alt to max level and get decent gear with random dungeon finder and looking for raid without saying a word or knowing anyone on my server. Why should I when a group of random people is just a click away? Plus now with cross realm zones I could possibly never see anyone from my server when leveling an alt, not to mention how buggy it is right now. The only thing right now that keeps any sense of community is guilds. Even with a guild I still feel disconnected and isolated from my server.

I do have to say the Petopia community kept me playing this game after most of my friends left months ago. Only community that I felt I still had with this game. Love you guys.

Second change I saw in GW2 and wondered why Blizzard hasn't done this sooner. Get rid of tagging mobs, camping for gather nodes and quest items, and making this game feel like more of a war with my own faction than with the other. People never randomly help you in WoW because once a mob is tagged they get no loot or exp. If someone is camping for a rare spawn and you just happen to walk by and hit/tame it before they can get ready for a shitstorm. Questing in Jade Forest just sucked because I spent more time fighting other players for spawns than I did fighting the mobs I actually needed. I know Blizzard did do this with some more important named quest mobs, but why not with all? Everyone gets exp and their own loot and people are more friendly and help each other out. Do that same with quest items and gathering nodes where they are up until you gather it, instead of everyone fighting for them.

Yeah, I'd like to get rid of tagging and share nodes and use the GW2 model. It's hardly fun when my main obstacle to finishing a quest is HerpDerp the DK grabbing every mob in a two mile radius, then snagging the little items on the ground. :|

Totally agree though they seem to be starting to fix that since in some quest mob areas, I've gotten credit for something not tagged to me.

Also....one of my biggest things on my mind....

BRD(the one thats split into Detention area and the other one). Please revamp this dungeon. I hate it with a bloody passion, most pugs can't navigate it worth a damn, and it's just agonizing to have to do it til Outland.

I'm having a lot of fun this expansion so far, though I haven't dinged 90 yet so I'm just casually questing and doing other fun things (rare tracking and pet battling). I purposely waited a few days before even going to Pandaria so I could avoid the initial clusterf**k of people scrambling for nodes and mobs, and so everything has just felt leisurely and enjoyable. Questing is fun! Yay! And I'm liking my little panda mage I'm leveling with my hubby and his friend. I may roll a monk of some sort.

The only thing I really want at the moment is updated player models. They are way past due. I'm glad Kalhoun wears a transmog with a high collar, because looking at his neck makes me go D: . And I would love better looking male night elves.

Not sure if I should post in this thread, because it's kind of spooky how much I've been enjoying this expansion. There is, however, one major injustice that Blizzard has not corrected yet. Where are the gnome hunters?
