I will check again later to see if any are up.

19:54 is military time (well thats what we call it) correct me if Im wrong but anything 12+ is pm. so 14:50 would be 2:50pm, 12am is 00:00, doesn't matter the time zone you are in.

No your right anything past 12 is PM. But times on this site can be both handy and not depending on where you live (like none of them are handy for me for example). Like it's 8:12 am here and I just got my owl :3

Whelp, 4 servers later, not a single Owl up. My login problems this morning screwed me over im sure since i was up early this morning and the CRZ realm i keep finding myself on is my current time zone (its currently 12:14pm for me). I'll definitely have to come back later tonight.. after dinner on my time incase i merge with a central or eastern timezone server. Bleh..

If I could give them away I would. I found about 6 here :S I feel bad now seeing as people are having a hard time finding them.

Time is now 8.15pm. I have found 5-6 owls, nothing like the numbers I found last night. I think it doesn't matter what time it is, they just have an obscene respawn timer.

It took a few sweeps, but I finally found one, and it was rare! This was the exact location; it was 1:40 p.m. server time on Moon Guard. Maybe they're more prolific at night, like some other spawns?

Found one southeast of Everlook in a CRZ.
They appear to spawn all over the zone, but prefer near Everlook, lol.

As far as I can tell, after running several loops for several hours, they have set spawn points. They may be 'all over', but they're in spread out spawn locations as opposed to spawning randomly. And as others mentioned, they have a fairly long spawn timer. I don't think it's as long as Minfernals or Plagued Hatchlings, but it's still decidedly more than the average critters.

Not everyone here is from US/GB. In mine, and many other Eu coutries the 24h format is used commonly. Much less confusing than the whole am/pm thing, imo.
The owls may be linked to other pet spawns - the algorhytm being that everytime a pet spawns, if it's winter, it has a chance to spawn as an owl instead. I'd suggest getting to some pet cluster and trying to battle them down - and see what spawns. that's what I'm going to do when I get home (and probably lvlup some more pets

my single highest one is lvl15, but got a bunch of lvl10+ I could bring up rather fast)

I can confirm this as well. I ran about 4 or 5 complete loops and they seemed to appear at set locations spread out over the zone. The respawn was slow but not horrible, they weren't super rare like the minfernals. So what I did was a complete loop, then stopped for 20 to 30 minutes, then another loop. Each cycle had between 5 to 7 owls up. Finally got a rare, along with a rare rabid nut varmint and robo cluck.
