In terms of the concept of pet battling, considering just how many games are out there that boil down to "raise a creature and battle another creature with it", well... there's a LOT, so I suspect that trademark never came into play. :lol:

Anyway... once the PTR has an actually stable build (I'm defining "stable" as interaction with objects becoming possible) I can leave npcscan on and go hunting. :)

And even if they could be, WoW is protected under the parody law, as unless they made it look exactly like Tyranitar, it could be deemed a parody.
