Add Spiteflayer to the fragile buff list. Rare yellow carrion bird in Blasted lands with a ball of yellow fire on top of his head. Tamed him with the fire, then killed him to find out his buff disappears on death. I thought I took a SS, but I can't find it D:

I'll try to tame him again to get a screenie >_<

Veiled Basilisks in Towlong Steppes can be tamed with their camo-buffs. But they only appear camo'd for the first ~10 seconds when you call the from your stables, then they don't appear to camo again until you resummon them.

This mini-buff doesn't persist through death.

Interesting! I thought the camo-basilisk were a no go since it looked like a timed invisible buff, but I'll make a special note of that.

Anyone ever bother testing for "Time-twisted Nightsaber" out of the End Time dungeon? There are three skins, so three IDs on wowhead:

I had one for a long time till I had to sacrifice it's stable slot when I got Savage. ^^;;
If I can get a solid black kitty tho, I guess I'll just have to kick someone else out of the stable because I always wanted one with that appearance buff.

Unfortunately, the black skin is because of a buff that would fall under an exploit due to its nature

Personally I think pet should keep the appearance buff for display purposes . Hope blizzard consider this
