Grumpybumpers is working again (as noted!). My sigs are all three file types, but my avs are only gifs and pngs. Not sure if that's what's making the difference on compatibility. Hopefully it helps!

I'm loving the site so much. One account, you can make different sections for any random images you want. So I can use one account for Petopia avatars and MS avatars. It's AWESOME.

Grumpybumpers kept dieing and the link provided wouldn't work for Avatars no matter how I tried to go about it.

I signed up for that randimg.net as well and it's working perfectly so far. I didn't see anywhere about monthly limits though which is odd as you directly upload the images to them. I figured they would have some sort of monthly allotment. (Only limits I see are 50 images uploaded an hour and 200 uploaded a day, which is only uploads.)

Only problem I see with it is that it doesn't really randomise the avatars like SignAvatar did - you need to leave the site and come back or refresh the page in order for the avatar to change. If I leave this thread by clicking on another, my avatar won't have randomised. Still, not a big deal! Grumpybumpers wasn't working for me at all.

I said you had to leave the site OR refresh the page. SignAvatar used to refresh itself everytime you went to a new page, doesn't seem to do it with this one though.

But I'm saying it does do that. Least for me it does. You may need to clean your cookies or somethin.

Randimg works the same way SignAvatar did for me as well.

._. Now I'm confused. My history/cookies/etc. clear themselves when I exit the window. Yet I have to leave the site completely and come back or refresh properly in order to see a different avatar, I can't just leave the page and come back to it. If I post a reply/topic though, that changes it. Huh. It's not a huge deal though, it's still shuffling my avatars. :3

Weird. Ah well. It's still working as we want it, in that sense! XD Still a shame signavatar went down. :<

I'm having the same issue as Snowy. The first sig/avatar it loads for that person is what I see while I'm on Petopia. No matter which topic I go to, if that person replied there it will be the same sig/avatar. If I hit refresh, it will change them. If I go elsewhere to another site then come back to Petopia, it will load a new sig/avatar but they will now be the same as long as I don't leave Petopia.

SignAvatar use to load a different sig/avatar for each page in a topic, every topic, etc. I'd prefer it to be random like that, but as long as it's rotating at all I'm happy.

Yeah, I agree. The rotational technology randimg uses is inferior...
but the grumpybumpers thing won't work on Petopia for me! Something about the website expecting a .png, where the url ends in a .gif.

That's weird; each new topic I open using Randimg is changing the sig/avatar I use.

I still recommend clearing cookies if you're having issues.

Cleared cookies manually, still having the issue. I don't understand this random image generating stuff! xD

im having the same problem XD i just switched to grumpybumpers from randimg on MS and my sig wont change unless i refresh :<
