To be honest, I'd prefer if they made the disguises random. Not a set dinosaur for each faction.

Me too. Or better yet - both disguises being purchaseable by both faction, let the players decide what kind of dino they'd like to be today.
With this being faction-specific, it's just a matter of time before we hear the outcries of "<insert favtion here> BIAS~!!".
