I would imagine it would count already earned battles unless there's some sort of "pet pvp season" clause. Most achieves like this work retroactively.

I just can't make myself PVP pets. I think I'd tear my hair out over it. I'd feel bad if I lost and I'd feel bad if I won (because then I killed someone else's pets!) So I'm telling myself, well, at least it's not the Val'kyr that's the reward, because then I would be sad.

I think pet battle pvp win totals are currently being tracked, although I'd feel more confident if it were on our stat page. We already have an achievement for winning 10 battles, after all.
I *may* start working on this, as a long term project. Surely trying to win one pvp battle a day wouldn't be too bad? ...yeah, I'll probably never get the Direhorn.

I think I'm kinda glad I wont ever get that Direhorn I find it kinda ugly. I think it's the design of it, the body shape and the head.

Hmm. I kinda disagree with the idea of the phoenix hawk hatchling being a dragonhawk that hasn't been released yet? And from there, it dropping from Kael'Thas. To me, it sounds like a minipet in the style of the pandaren phoenixes, as they look a little more hawk-ish than Alar ever did.

Then again, that may just be wishful thinking.

Well I know there is a dragonhawk called a phoenix hawk in the raid but that does not mean it will be one. So I dunno :/

Sounds like wishful thinking to me, since it's more likely going to be a match for Tempest Keep. After all, these guys are phoenix-hawks.

The unborn Valkyr, is it humanoid or Undead ?

Just a bit of info, the direhorn runt purple/light blue, and apparently from isle of giants
The Stunted Direhorn is green and from Brutal Pet Brawler (of course my favorite would be the most difficult to get ;A;)
and then there is a Pygmy Direhorn which is the blue model pictured on the first post that drops off of Horridon from throne of Thunder.

Hooray, the dragonhawk is one of my favorite colors!

I'm giggling over the ability to get a mini water giant... and I think my grief of never getting a Minfernal may be quelched a little over the ability to at least get an abyssal (now if they would just remove Minfernal from the Zookeeper meta to fully abolish my grief...)

Ahhhh, Coilfang Stalker! I was hoping it would be that colour. Now I won't have to feel as bad for not getting one as a hunter pet.

Also, I love that Voidcaller model. ^_^

Voidcaller looks pretty fantastic, with all the little extras on it. Loving the mini hydra too. Looking forward to all the new companions!
