It didn't look like a bug; I was able to stable/retrieve just fine.

Well THIS is a VERY unexpected surprise!!!! Considering how many times they stated they did not want to give us more stable slots and were happy with the amount we had now...This is Awesome!!!!
and with 44 different pet families, we really will be able to tame one of each with some spare room for doubles!!

Very happy about this change for those of you out there that wanted it! Even I will be able to justify having more than one cat per hunter now.
But I do need to curb my habit of taming something just to fill up the space I have.

I'm so happy with this! More than double the slots we had previously! Now finally, the disbanded pets can return.

Well, if they're going to keep adding new pets with unique abilities, this only makes sense. The more utility (buffs, debuffs, cd's, etc.) that a pure dps class can bring, the better.

THAT is the best part of this news! And unless Blizzard introduces 12 new pet families in next expansion, we're gonna be fine for YEARS.

Haha, I'm one of the people who didn't feel a need for more slots, but I knew if we got them, I'd be filling them up! Initial thoughts for my stable:
44 one of every family
4 more scarab beetles for a rainbow stampede
3 reacquire my silithid trio: ant, beetle, wasp
1 empty slot for Loque
3 ?? probably more spiders and worms
What's going to be hard is coming up with 30 new names!

I have to say, from playing as long as I have, and bonding with so many pets, just to let them take a vacation to bond with new ones, or having to curb my stables for various reasons, this is an AMAZING addition! I would have been over the moon for just a couple extra slots... but this is just... AWESOME. With my stables having quite a few appearance buffed pets, I was VERY choosy about what pets I kept- I had to balance my BM only pets with ones I could use efficiently in other specs. Now I won't have to cull any of my beloved pets for another pet. I really hope people are grateful for this- this is way more than I imagined they would give us. Hope it makes it to live- thanks Blizz! (and Kalli for discovering this)

woot!! I am so happy about it. Have quite a few pets I had to release and now I plan on going back to get my buddies
also don't have to worry about releasing any if some awesome pets start showing up

So happy about being able to keep my unique pets and still tame all the Pets I've had to let go over the years. And a few new ones that have fluctuated in/out of my stables over time.
