I bought this but I'm a little sad it wasn't the fey dragon.

I can only hope the fey dragon isn't hard to get whatever way we get it.

As for the bat its cool and the fact you can use it at any level is always a + I was in need of a new mount friend and I guess now I have one.

Oh but the white ribbon thingies attached to his wings are un necessary ill probably get used to it but yeah they don't need them it would look so much better without it, except for the panthers it suits them.

Didn't see if it was mentioned yet, but the Bloodwing has an adorable barrel roll/sideways flip mount special

I don't play WoW right now so I'm confuzzled as to why the mount is apparently black/red but the preview makes it look green?

That's an aileron roll! Or at least a stationary one <_> (Starfox 64: teaching kids the wrong name of a roll since 1997)

I do like it, but i will be patient and wait until it goes on sale.

Yep, got Heart of the Aspects on sale myself. I generally wait until it's either on sale or the proceeds go to charity.

That's interesting about the barrel roll, I never played Starfox -- I did play Wing Commander and Strike Commander though. The manual for Strike Commander has wonderful diagrams for doing the Immelmann, the Split-S, Yo-Yos, etc. but a roll is just a roll.

In later years, whenever I heard "barrel roll" I thought it was just a roll. Nice to see what it really looks like.

Which reminds me, if you like reading about air combat, check out "Warriors" by Barrett Tillman.
