We certainly did! And Cataclysm as much or even more so. It's been an amazing couple of expansions for hunter pets.

But speculation and creative ideas are fun, and can't hurt, as long as they're not put forward in an expectant way. And who knows? Someone may read them and get ideas for future pets. The artists must already be heavily at work on the next xpac

SOOTHE THE SOUL OF THE TORMENTED (VERY) BAD YAK AND WIN ITS FRIENDSHIP.

They wouldn't have to be sha-touched vale or Durotar/Orgrimmar. There's also the Timeless Isle. I just hope if there is one, it doesn't just use the same "classic" transparency method, where you see every single polygon all the time. Either opaque, or transparent like Xeun is during those quests in Kun-Lai Summit. My vote is for progeny of Niuzao.

If we get a new Spirit Beast, I hope it won't be as ridiculously hard to tame as the Porcupines are. They went overboard with those IMO.

One would hope (or even perhaps expect) that there would be new tameables on the Timeless Isle, but based on the last few patches, I'm not expecting anything .. and I R sad about that.
