I kind of hurt my throat with my Auriaya-like screech of joy when I woke up this morning to find like four emails in my inbox from Blizzard (two about the wind rider cub plush shipping, one with a response to a name freeing ticket) and did my usual "this is probably a spam attempt but I'm gonna manually log into battle.net just in case it's legit" thing and found out it was legit. Proper beta won't be til 2pdt (so like... seven hours or so) which gives me/us time to download it I guess but aaaaaa
Gonna be hard to actually work on my alts' legendary cloaks now that I can be making sure that any spelling or grammatical errors in quest or flavor text won't make it through to live, haha :x

Tch, no dice for me yet. On the one hand, BETA BETA BETA LET ME IN. On the other, I don't want to pull a Cata beta, do everything as fast as humanly possible, and then do nothing when it comes out.

I got flagged for being able to beta test too..and I am not ashamed to admit I did a happy dance when I found out..I can't wait to try it out

Roll alt. Try six times, getting 'creation failed' over and over. Finally get alt made. Enter game. Get DCed three times on login. Finally get in. Nothing works properly. Can't even call pet. Eventually get DCed.
Also it's making my box run at about 175 degrees (150-ish is normal on live). it's not panic levels but it's certainly concerning.

Yea been trying for a while to even fix my bars. it DCs me every minute or so... I have given up til it hits the 2pm time they gave in the e-mail, lol

I can't even sort through a tab before I get DCed, or else it takes me five tries to get in. XD
I really do think I need to take my box to get cleaned out because the beta runs so hot...and I have my graphics down really low too as it is.
