The Mysterious Eggs are an item you can purchase from the Oracles in Sholazar once reaching Revered with them (the murloc type dudes). You have to do a quest chain and then some dailies to reach that reputation level (at least it's not Exalted though!)

You can only have 1 egg at a time, and they have a hatch time of 7 days. So basically you can try once a week. :)
Does the quest line start anywhere in particular or do I just go to their area and check for low level quests?
