Initially I guessed that WoD was coming out in Late September if only to allow some buffer time before Blizzcon and to not tremendously affect popular player holidays, their anniversary, and most importantly, Blizzcon. But I have a tendency to be optimistic about release dates and have been incorrect several times this round since I was hanging onto Blizzard's previous comment about wanting, and trying, to put content out faster. Plus the alpha race remodels have yet to be completed and added into game and getting the male Night Elf and both genders of Troll in-game before late September is starting to seem kinda daunting.

Soooo... I'm gonna jump in the December/Late November release date group for now.

Why? If it releases at the end of September to mid October, that's plenty of time to hit 100 before the Anniversary comes in late November. Max level does not have to mean level 90. It could just as easily be level 100. It's whatever the max level is when the raid becomes available. It does not specifically say level 90. There also is plenty of time to get the new character models in before mid October. Some are already in the beta like the Draenei.

Wouldn't surprise me...Orcs are the main race afterall in this game. :/

Alright guys. It's tomorrow ^_^ we get to see the release date tomorrow! I'm changing what I said earlier. Either end of September/early Octber or after the MC event she-bang passes over. I've been convinced otherwise.

I'm out tomorrow, unless I mop in my misery again and say I can't go out because I won't be able to eat, so I'll miss the live stream for the cinematic *world implodes* sooo???although I'm sure there will be a thread about it or this thread will explode with activity, can someone perhaps let us who are unable to see it firsthand know what the release date is. Tomorrow, I'm relying on this thread/another to inform me when I reload it tomorrow evening or whenever I'm next on

Either October or December. I'm guessing with the anniversary in mind. A month or so before, you've got plenty of time to level. A month after gives plenty of time to grab your corehound and be all merry ^_^ just gotta make sure I level quick. When MoP hit I canceled, due to various reasons, and came back during the Halloween events. No flying horse mount for me that year

Since the Anniverary MC raid is for max level characters, and is a limited time in Nov, it really can't be a Nov launch date.

So that means Sept30 or early Oct.

.... oh son of a *BITCH*. I hadn't even considered this. I hope it's *after* the MC raid, then. I have no desire to be rushed along in leveling. I kept thinking of 'Max Level' as 'Level 90'.

Sticking with Dec 20 and that MC is a lvl 90 raid (throwing 40 ppl in greens together for an lfr is just mean )

For me and other EUs it's today already Now to sit nicely through my job's butt-hours, get home, get some popcorn, and... see some more orcs :<

Expect the worst, if you're wrong you'll just be pleasantly surprised

I hope the anniversary is before that...I'd hate to have to rush to 100 for the anniversary...

Well if what my FoS says is correct the anniversary is on the 22nd, eesh I hope people level fast
