They don't say anything out loud and they aren't interactive, but by emote they seem to be having a big discussion between the three of them.

Someone asked about looks, and Mania's and Spiritbinder's are both definitely based on their real toons. Spiritbinder's looks a lot like his, though with some different transmog. I'd link his toon but he hasn't given out his Armory info so I better not.

My main is a Draenei (shaman but in this case it's better he's a hunter), but the NPC is quite different in appearance, but I don't think I've ever linked my toon for anyone to know exactly how he looks.
