Maybe its supposed to make em seem kittenish? Not sure.. I however love em I want them all! I say Garrett my current red lynx would look lovely as a tiger...or the black one especially... Ooo /daydreams about lovely black lynx

Very beautiful!
These could work as reskins except for the spotted one with how the tail is marked. Hard to explain how that works but tail skin is very short and wrapped around the model over and over until the tip. Think of Araga's old tail stripes to get an idea on how that works.
